Change is always hard but the staff here made this really enjoyable. I feel safe and any needs are well attended to. One extra note: The internet service here is the fastest I have ever had and it is included in the monthly fee.

I can't say enough good things about Shawnee Hills! The facility is amazing and everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful! Especially [names removed]. It's just a wonderful place for my Mom to call home!!

My husband and I lived in Shawnee Hills five years ago. We moved five years ago when he required more care. We were impressed with all the activities and events here and following his death a year ago I moved back. I am happy to find more and better activities than before. I appreciate the Sunday evening church service and enjoy the exercise classes, planned activity, large print book supply from the county library and the weekly happy hour entertainment.

Very nice. Only 4 months old. Only 22% occupancy in IL. They just got their AL licensing complete last week and only have 4 residents. Good place to get in early with wide selection of rooms and views. Great meal plan - dining is open 7am-7pm, stop in any time and as often as you want; there are 2 main entrees daily and a full always available menu. Floor plans are: Studio A $2415 (80sf smaller than the B with hotel style AC on the wall), Studio B $2650 (house style AC with thermostat and ducts), 1 bedroom $3100.

Our experience at the Enclave of Round Rock has been wonderful. [Name removed] was patient and answered all of our questions. [Name removed] and [name removed] were also very accommodating in our follow-up visits. My parents are looking forward to moving in and I can rest in knowing that they will be well cared for.

Beautiful and clean place, lots of Amenities. Prices seem reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant.we enjoyed spending time with [name removed], great guide.

From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. The staff is easy to work with and always helpful and professional. The residents are always welcoming and eager to talk. This is a community I always look forward to visiting.

Our daughters, after touring several communities, chose Lombard Place for us. We came up from Florida, moved in and loved it from from day. Two and a half years later (now) we are quite at home. We are busy all the time, plenty of leisure. We are well fed and happy.

Excellent choice. Made no mistake in coming here. Staff and personnel very friendly.

Positive building from residents and families to staff and visitors. Great team nucleus especially in Programing - Activity Department. Residents always cared for with much love and respect.

My mom moved there in June and found a beautiful place with friendly caring staff and fun, active residents. Bright, cheery and active. She loves it.

My brother has lived here for the past 3 years and is very happy. There is a wonderful fun director. He is satisfied with his meals. He has privacy. When he wants it and enough social activities to keep him busy. The front desk staff and the admin team are very responsible to his needs.

The management and staff are wonderfully supportive and considerate. Our mother thoroughly enjoys the resultant, friendly atmosphere.

My father was at another assisted living center and Westbrook has far exceeded our every expectation. The staff always greet everyone and treat residents with respect and care. The entire community facility is always clean - as is my father's studio in AL. The nurses and care assistants are very responsive. They have more than enough activities and social opportunities (theatre room too!) so my dad can be as active and social as he wants. I toured twelve facilities and Westbrook was by far the best - it is worth the money - you get the best.

[Names removed] have helped my mother [name removed] and my entire family tremendously. Very caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and understanding. All of the nurses and RA's have welcomed my mother and have been there to help with every need. [Name removed] has entered a special place in my mother's heart as a result of her care and amazing personality. And [name removed] has really helped to quickly make this facility "home" for my mother and has been respectful and helpful to my entire family. Thank you all!!

My dad is in Memory Care at Westbrook and our family is very pleased with the quality of care they provide. It's a beautiful facility and very comfortable, just like home, and my Dad couldn't be happier. Every time I visit Dad he tells me how much he likes living here. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to the staff who are so loving, kind, compassionate, and caring!
