The remodeling look very nice. It’s very easy to sign in and out now. The eating area has nice, natural light.

Never disappoints. From maintenance to caregivers. Especially the above. Also delicious food especially prepared by [name removed]. [name removed] cleans rooms well , too. [names removed] at front desk are 5 stars.

My sister LOVES living at Middleton Crossings. The recent renovation is spectacular and everything is immaculate. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. She has made many friends and enjoys the activities and field trips. The staff is very kind, friendly and professional. My sister has never been happier!

The staff work very well with the residents through their on going activities. A welcoming place where you feel welcome, safe and part of a family.

What a wonderful place to send a loved one . This place really feels like home. Beautifully decorated, clean, smells good. The residents are all happy. The staff is over the top amazing, caring, warm, inviting. The nurses are attentive and nurturing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would …… I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants that good home with helping loving hands for their loved ones.

I am proud to have a family member live at The Waterford. I don’t get to visit a lot but the phone conversations I have with my cousin reassure me that she is in good hands. Thank you to the team for taking good care

The staff are genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive to her needs around the clock. What means the most to me is that they treat my mom as if she were their own. It’s not just a job to them. They truly care. Knowing my mom is in such caring hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. It’s the little things, the kindness, patience, and personal attention, that make all the difference.

I recently visited a friend and I found this community to be so bright and the residents that I encountered seemed happy! The meal that my friend had for lunch looked delicious ! I would recommend this community.

I just visited my mom at The Addison in Gulf Breeze, FL. [name removed] at the front desk was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about procedures and how to contact others than I needed to speak to. He’s always on top of things. The staff is very helpful, patient, and caring.

Out of all the assisted living places in this area Waterstone at Grayson is by far the cleanest/and the staff are amazing, the food is great and they have lots a various activities for the residents to do. It’s like a big family community and everyone is so friendly!

Moving from my home into a new destination with new people... I felt very warm and comfortable because of the staff caring so much for us. Each staff member drove in their own lane which let me know hey knew their jobs and they cared that I understood what was happening.

I recently visited a great aunt and the community was so cheerful and lively. I had lunch with her and the food tasted great. All the staff seem to know everyone by name and they seem to really care about the residents.

I recently arranged for my Mom and Dad to be in assisted living at Country Charm. Once they were admitted, their care has been great, and everyone I’ve met have been very friendly and helpful. My Mom and Dad have also enjoyed the activities and they say the food as been good as well. I like Country Charm for my Mom and Dad because it feels more like a home, but with the care they need.

Hi All! I am a son of a resident. I had to move my mom from out of state and into a residence here in san antonio. I signed up for A place for mom becuase I needed help finding a place for my mom. The first location they recommended was The Waterford. They told me it had high ratings, decent pricing and overall a great fit. Plus its 15 minutes from my house, which was a major plus. I went to tour the location before my mom flew in and the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew it was a winner. The facility was clean and vibe positive. I met with [name removed] and the staff and they were all outgoing positive and interacted with the residents in a way that showed it was a common occurrence. Most importantly, the residents I saw here also happy and engaged. For me, that was the it. This was the place. The lease signing and move in process was simple and efficient and my mom has now been living there 3 months and is loving it. Highly, highly recommend!

We were disappointed that there were no vacancies because we really were impressed with the care and compassion shown to us during and even after our touring process. [name removed] was amazing and so sweet to check on our Dad during his hospital stay before we could transfer him to another memory care facility.

I was just bringing some of the living essentials for my mother-in-law for her move in the near future. The room is very roomy and a very friendly staff and environment. There is good Wi-Fi, so I can have cameras in her room, and it is in close proximity to the common areas. There were a lot of move-in specials, and I think she will be happy here. The building is a little older and they are doing remodeling/painting hence my three stars on cleanliness. I can only rate on what I saw. The toilet also has a serious brown ring around it. I hope we can get rid of it.

Facility was beautiful and very clean. Studio apartment had a smart & functional layout, much nicer than others we've seen around town. Staff was all friendly and willing to answer our questions. Overall, it would've been a great pick for my dad had it not been located too far from my home for my comfort.

That is exactly how I feel after celebrating one year as a resident at Brookview Meadows. It is difficult to choose my favorite thing about living here because I enjoy the friendships with other residents, I am stimulated by the broad selection of enrichment groups and love attending the outings. That, and having a warm and inviting apartment makes it... feel like home. Brookview's door is always open and I would encourage you to stop by to take a tour.

In addition to Being a Newer ALF the whole crew is professional and caring giving the best support to every resident! From The front office, nurses, med techs and aids the individual attention to detail to each residents needs is impeccable. Our aunt just passed, we are so grateful she had excellent comfort and care in her last days. Thank you to the whole staff, you gave us the feeling of family. PS: the food is very good as well!

I like it here, much better than I thought when I had to move! The food is quite good, everyone is so friendly here, it's not too big or too small! Everything I could need is nearby- a walking path and pond, all the shopping I could need! The Lodge gives me the ability to continue my faith with the chapel, I already have a wonderful friendship with the priest that does our services. All my neighbors are just so friendly and have made me feel so welcome here!
