[name removed] was very well informed and educated on the community she represents. I was able to witness interaction among residents during meals and activities. The rooms are very accommodating and spacious. For a building of that age, it is well-maintained, green areas well-groomed, and common areas were very clean and homey.

I had a family friend that lived here for 11 months a few years ago, and then this year when his wife needed care, she moved in as well. The staff were kind, caring, and attentive to this couple. Both have since passed away, but knowing they were well cared for and loved at separate times from the team of Elan Manatee, makes my family happy. This is a well run facility and you will not regret looking here if you have a loved one in need of care!

Grand Villa is a very cozy facility. Everyone is friendly and the environment is very welcoming. [name removed] has a way of bringing a smile to everyone’s faces!

I recently came in to see about volunteering. Was instantly greeted by the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name). Met with the AL Activities coordinator and she was very pleasant. Looking forward to volunteering soon.

Beautiful place for people to stay at lots of activities and the staff and the people was nice to be around!!!

The people that work there where really nice the place smelled good the activity director was amazing, I can't wait to bring my dad and mom here for there retirement.

My daughter took me on a tour of Grand Villa Englewood. Beautiful campus and very well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice in the building was extremely clean.

Thanks to the staff at Grand Villa for the welcoming tour to find a home for my dad…the memory care facility was clean and comfortable… appeared well maintained compared to some other facilities we visited. All staff members were friendly and eager to answer any questions…residents appeared quite happy. Seriously considering after this visit … A+

Grand Villa is wonderful. We moved my father-in-law here last week and he loves it. The facility itself is lovely, the staff are wonderful, the amenities and activities are abundant, and the food is great. The admissions team and director were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming during and after the admissions process. We’ve had quite a bit of experience in the space of assisted living communities, and Grand Villa is one of the best, if not the best, that we’ve experienced. We’re very happy to have our loved one here. Thank you for looking after him!

Apartment size is perfect and good value. Overall Staff is great. Regular turnover noticed in wait staff but they are usually pretty friendly. Food is ok, could be a little better. My dad is not into the offered activities so maybe more could be added. All areas are kept clean. The staff really try to get to know the people who live there, what they like and recognize their habits. We would recommend this community to others

I visited because I am looking for a suitable facility for my mother. Getting a tour and pertinent information was super easy. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Also, the actual grounds and living spaces were impressive.

To me Grand Villa is a place you learn to love and it teaches how to get along with others. Overall the residents and the staff are nice people. Also the staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are comfortable.

I visited recently during my last trip to Florida. My mother has worked in Senior Communities, so I’ve experienced several through the years. I was very impressed with Grand Villa of Englewood. It was clean, bright, & modern, and looked like it had been newly renovated throughout. The receptionist and staff encountered in the halls were friendly, and stopped to introduce themselves. The people living at Grand Villa looked happy, with several activities & lively conversations happening throughout the building. I will be considering Grand Villa of Englewood as a home for my loved one!

I recently moved my father to Grand Villa of Clearwater. He is thriving there. He really likes the food. But as his daughter and caregiver, what I appreciate most is how caring and personal everyone at the facility is. It's not at all cold and clinical, and you can tell that the residents are happy and content. The staff is very responsive, and I was able to get answers to my questions quickly, at all times of the day. I also love that they utilize text messaging so much, so it's very easy to fire off a question without having to wait around on hold on a phone call.

I am a new resident at the Pineapple House. I have never lived in a community like this before so I was not sure what to expect. I'm happy to share that my experience so far has been great. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming and the other residents are very friendly.

Definitely one of the better places we looked at. Good staff that show they care. They community was clean. We were invited to lunch, the food was very good.
