I have been a resident of Pebble Springs from the first day they opened 37 months ago. My wife and I have been married for 67 years and find the accommodations more than adequate. The maintenance of the property, including ac air filters , weekly house keeping, batteries for fire protection alerts, are spot on. The outside lawn, shrub care is on going. We have had our fair share of failures of plumbing, electrical, fire alarm alerts but they respond in a timely manor. We find things are not built like the used too. Welcome to 2026. Our rental arrangements are in line with competition. We like the fact , we do not have a buy in. Month to month works out just fine for us. Our food program is OK. Our chef is trying very hard to please us but with 150 residents, it's always a work in progress. It was just announced we will have whole turkey brunch once a month. Prime rib the rest. Lastly, we now have an in house pharmacy and health care available. They are very competitive . 9.5 stars

Trailwinds is an excellent inclusive Independent Community that offers aging in place. The facility and campus are outstanding in all they offer. Take advantage of a free tour and a meal to get a small taste of the experience awaiting you.

My dad moved into Stone Oak a year ago [dqte removed] - and he is doing great! He celebrated his 91st birthday in July. His apartment is perfect for him and it’s a wonderful community. He really enjoys the dining room and the staff is the best! Our family is so glad he’s at Stone Oak. We strongly recommend people check it out!

I have lived here 4 1/2 years. I moved here with my husband who died one year after moving here from a fall and Parkinsons. The house staff were wonderful and supportive, and are still so, to me. The deliver my paper in the morning and meals (at no extra expense) if I am not feeling well. There are may activities, if interested, as well as exercise classes. There is pt available podiatrst and dermatologist, a beauty shop and manicurist. The people are friendly and there are very few issues. My children live out west so it is wonderful having caring people close by. This is a community that looks after each other.

The staff and the residents are friendly and above all of that we care about each other. [names removed] responds to all concerns. My wife and I looked at several retirement centers and I told her I would not sell our house and move unless it was here. As a Veteran I along with other vets appreciated all the special things they do to honor our service. The meals are excellent thanks to the chef’s and the serving staff. The cleanliness is superb. My wife and I enjoy living here and I highly recommend Virginia Greens as the place to retire. We are not just neighbors but friends and family.

I love this facility the front desk people are great, food is delicious and everyone is kind and caring. You can get great assistance from the care team, Endeavor. There is a world of activities for seniors here to keep them engaged.

The staff here don't take care of us since this is an independent living facility. They're here if we need anything but don't take care of us in the way I believe you are asking. Activities are numerous we can participate or not. The food is good and plentiful. Lately though the soups have suffered from over processing. For instance the broccoli and cheese and the cauliflower and cheese soups no longer have chunks. I like them with chunks. Other than that, food is very good. They clean apartments once a week. The hallway is clear and nice and the overall place is kept up. I have one of the smallest apartments because I thought that was all I needed and it was all I could afford. However, now I realize I would have liked a larger one. But that was my decision. Yes I would recommend this community to others.

Robinwood is the BEST!!! Our Mom loves it there and we highly recommend Robinwood. When she arrived everything was and still is so neat and clean and people are friendly and helpful. If anyone is looking for a place for themselves or a family member, Robinwood is the place to be.

Our visit felt like being in an all inclusive cruise. Beautiful place, friendly staff , happy residents. Highly recommend Shell Harbor Retirement Community.

Looked on behalf of my grandma and it was gorgeous! The staff was so friendly and seemed like a great atmosphere.

I had my license suspended for medical reasons after a stroke. Seaside Springs met All my needs, including transport for all my medical appointments and shopping needs. The food is well prepared and in adequate quantity. The management solicits resident input and acts on it . The Life Style Director is very responsive to resident requests and very creative.

The place is beautiful. The apartments are amazing. Food was very good. Entertainment was great. Great amenities. We will come here when we are ready to downsize.

I was a very doubtful person entering Seaside Springs. Before, at my home in Village Walk, I had forgotten to take my trash out, so I woke up at 4:00am . Of course I tripped & fell. As I laid there, I said Never Again. I called Seaside the next day. I LOVE IT! The residents are so nice & the staff is phenomenal & the food is terrific. You can be as private or social as you want to be.

A stress free loving place to live!!! From the time we had our tour we felt the love and peace here at Shell Harbor. God led us here and he made it possible. We have now been here six weeks and have made so many good friends already. We have taken advantage of many activities and programs. [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing and caring managers. [name removed] does an awesome job in promotions and touring and could not have a better activities director than [name removed]. We have been very impressed with the efforts by the chef and staff to feed all three times a day.

Friendly staff lovely community. You will enjoy it here! Highly recommend. Friendly neighbors that care about you and goes out of their of way to make us happy. Love the apartment sizes! You should come and see for yourself!

I have lived here for two and nearly a half years. This is very enjoyable. I was very sad and much isolated till I moved here. The people, neighbors and residence were very friendly very accepting of me. I would say anybody thinking of moving into an over 55 facility should definitely check out here first.

I recently toured this place, it was wonderful. staff was soo nice, food was great had lots of activities and things to do. the amenities were a plus too. would be a great fit for lots.

Wonderful Community the staff is wonderful and the buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner is amazing. It’s always clean on every floor. If you have loved ones here trust they are in great hands at this place.

This facility is fantastic! From the quality food choices, caring staff members, and fun activities- I couldn’t recommend a better place for the ones you love.

We recently toured here for our Grandmother and absolutely loved it. Felt like home and very clean! Everyone was very kind and we will be considering "A place for mom"
