I wasn't the one staying there so I can't really comment on the activities. But the staff was very kind and kept me well informed about everything that was going on and any emergencies or concerns that arose . I loved the location it was easy to get to and central to all her doctors. They were very accommodating when it came to her food desires. The place itself was very nice and had accessible for her wheelchair and the on-site physical therapy was a big plus and communication was great. I wish she would have stayed on.

[name removed] was a joy to speak with to try and see if St. Louis Hills was a fit for my uncle. The facility was immaculate. The residents were so happy and warm with some being funny to interact with. It's definitely a contender.

Outstanding capable, kind and friendly staff, great food, great activities, overall great care. My sister and I have great peace of mind that our mom is in memory care at the Promenade.

Staff/care: Most are wonderful, caring and pure joy! Activities: Unfortunately my loved ones do not participate Food: I'd say 90% of the food is great Cleanliness: Let's just say my nephew (who's parents are the residents) and who is there every day, goes in every day and and mops the floor, gathers all the dirty trash bags and replaces them then gathers all dirty laundry and takes it home to wash otherwise we can't stand the smell! After he does that the room is good the rest of the day. The rest of the facility is clean and fresh. Apartment size: more than adequate

The room is an old hotel room which fits a full size bed, couch, desk and small table and chairs. The big plus is the window is wall to wall floor to ceiling, looking out to a residential hillside. Just right for someone who has been living in a basement for 16 years. The staff are very nice, cheerful and pleasant. They are doling out cigarettes to my partner to help her cut back on smoking.

Foothill Village has been a Godsend to our family. It has taken her about 3 months to get used to new caregivers and schedules, but she has so many new friends and loves the activities and mealtimes with them. They are a very caring and skilled staff .

Nice place. On the smaller side not a large corporation. Conviently located for me. Tour answered many questions

The facility was clean and didn't have a smell. The staff was friendly and professional and was very accommodating. The facility has a really nice court yard to get fresh air or visit with other residents. They have a location for smokers. They have a theater with plush seating and a pool table. They also have a hair salon. There is ample parking for visitors.

Staff very friendly and always attentive. Room size perfect for single occupant. Mother was reclusive by nature, so did not take advantage of amenities. No specific suggestions.

Our family has had a positive experience at Promenade overall. While there were some medication scheduling issues during the initial transition period, those concerns were addressed within the first few weeks. Since then, our loved one has truly flourished in the community. They stay actively involved in activities, have built meaningful friendships, and enjoy the meals and special events offered. The staff has consistently been welcoming, attentive, and engaging, which has made a significant difference in their quality of life. We are grateful to see our loved one happy, comfortable, and thriving at Promenade.

I really liked this facility. The room was very nice and a good size. The bathroom had easy access and a nice walk in shower with seating. It was nice to see a full size refrigerator in the room. The price was okay and importantly, inclusive. We are scheduled for a 30 day respit room and will see how it goes and if he is interested in becoming a resident.

The facility is very nice and I had a great experience with the sales representative. It seems like they have lots of activities and different options for residents, both social and opportunities to get out of your room and do something/be somewhere without having to engage in the social activities, which is especially nice. It's also great they have disciplines on site like PT/OT/SLP and even a salon on site. Price is fair for the quality even if it is a little bit higher than some others. However, there's no extra pricing for levels of care which is great - just a difference for room size and of course a difference between assisted living and memory care. I'm hopeful my loved one will choose this facility.

I recently took a tour in this facility for my brother who recently had a stroke and is in need of assistance living and Rehabilitation the staff was very friendly the facility was clean I love the fact that they have a rehabilitation center on site haven't made a decision yet but this facility is definitely in our top two choices

I feel that the staff cares for my mom as much as I do and they keep me informed when anything arises. My mom a be difficult at times, but I believe she genuinely likes Promenade, she just like being difficult.

Great location. Easy parking. I was impressed with beyond the reception area was a large room with a coffee bar that felt like you were in a hotel bar. Right before my tour, a group came by with small friendly dogs. I love that this is a regular group that bring the dogs to visit. They have a movie theatre and ice cream parlor. There is a nice out door area. I think there is a wonderful vibe at Promenade! I was very impressed.

Beautiful facility and very warm and welcoming. Staff was very gracious and knowledgeable. Facility was in a great part of Saint Louis.

Beautiful place, many amenities, assisted care and memory care available. Great central location too!!

Nice place, very good location. Felt a little distant from the person who gave the tour. Pricing seems reasonable for what they offer. Everyone looked happy. Rooms seem nice and I liked the outdoor area.

The staff are amazing. I would recommend it to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Absolutely amazing wonderful facility, they are there for you whenever you need them and it is more like a hotel, it is absolutely adorable
