Nice but a little far for us. Nice facility, nice people but not quite what we needed.

The tour was great. We were going to do respite here but decided to place him somewhere else.

The admissions process was outstanding. They provide great care services. The staff are friendly. Cleanliness is outstanding. I like that it's a small community. The food is excellent, and my loved one really likes it. They have plenty of activities, something almost every day. I think it's very affordable. Our family is so happy with the service and the care here. Our loved has not been here very long yet, but so far everything has been outstanding.

These rooms were very small and looked like a cell almost. I just did not feel that welcoming feeling that I was looking for. The staff were very nice but did not like the rooms here.

Good community, too far from desired area.

We chose Atria Hearthstone because we just felt more comfortable here. Also the price compared to other places was much more reasonable. All of the staff have been very friendly and are always helpful and willing to talk if we need anything. We would recommend this facility to others.

We chose Atria Highland Crossing because they are a pet friendly facility and also we just liked the overall setting. It is of the beaten path surrounded by trees and feels private, homey and residential. Mom has been very happy with how friendly the staff and residents are. I hear a lot of complaints about the food, they serve a lot of strange dishes, not your typical comfort foods. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Magnolias of Lancaster is straight up phenomenal, we have never had anything to complain about. We like that the staff take a deep interest in our loved one, and when we come to visit they stop by and talk with us and they go out of their way to make our loved one feel important. We feel our loved one is never left unattended for a long period of time, she is well watched over. They are also working very well with her to make sure she is eating all the nutritious meals.

They have the most amazing staff you'd ever want to meet. They are friendly, caring, and compassionate. I was really struggling and protective of my loved one at first, and they dealt with me wonderfully. They've done really well with him as well. They genuinely like him. Whenever I come to see him, he always looks clean, and his room is clean. He's as happy as he he'll every be in a facility. He seems to like the food. We think it's a really good value as well. We looked at a lot of places, and this one s definitely worth it.

The Newhaven community was excellent, the staff members were very responsive and just very caring people. They would do anything to help anybody, and they were very kind to our aunt. Our loved one got progressively worse in memory care and they were more than patient with her.

Our loved one was not able to move in unfortunately, however the staff members were friendly and it just checked off all the boxes. The value stood out to us a lot, it was reasonably affordable. The place looked good, smelled good and was very clean.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice community but the location was just too far away.

I'm very happy here. They keep the community clean, and the people are friendly and always checking on the residents to make sure we are ok. They staff care about their jobs. The community have lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

The care here is great, and the community is very clean. There is a variety of activities for the residents. This feels like family here and it is a comfortable environment for your loved one. The staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Brookdale West Palm Beach. I was pleasantly surprised by how the transition went. All of the staff and the residents are so friendly and welcoming. I had a meal there with my mom and it was incredible. I would recommend them to other families and already have.

The meals and dinning are really good. They do not have a whole lot of activities due to it being a smaller community. But they do have some activities for the residents. It is a small community and they are very caring and everyone knows each other. I really like the fact that they have individual areas and suites including a kitchen area and more for the residents.

I've looked at a lot of communities, and this is an excellent community that has advanced memory care needs support. It is engaging, gentle, and caring. I can't say enough good things about Magnolias. I would highly recommend the community to others.

Mom consistently says that her meals are not hot enough.
