The overall experience has been awesome. The only issues that I have had is sometimes they are short staffed and it takes a very long time to get the meals after you order them. Also, I had an issue where my silverware was dirty and I did address it with [name removed] and I'm pretty sure he got it straight. I hope because I haven't had any more dirty silverware. Sometimes I don't know what activities are happening because I don't get any kind of a schedule. I am totally blind and I don't know what activities are happening besides the usual every day ones. But everybody is super nice and super friendly and everybody is awesome. I really enjoy being here. I have had a problem getting a refund that has been owed to me for quite a while and they has not done it yet and I was supposed to get a free month of rent and they took the money out anyway and so I'm supposed to get a refund and still hasn't happened so that's not cool.

The care that she is receiving at Colonial Courtyard at Bedford has been wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one. The facility is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents.
