We love the Carriage inn Conroe community, everyone here is so incredibly friendly they must put happy juice in the area everybody is always smiling and having positive attitudes. It is overall a really great place and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Overall I found the independent living section to be well organized. They actively recruit the residents to partake in activities that they would be interested in; they are hands on in looking for different activities as well. Certainly you can't please everyone, but I thought they did a great job trying to.

Great variety in weekly menu and a la carte options. Delicious as well!

Visiting my family member for dinner and the experience I had with the Carriage Inn food was amazing! The dining area was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy! We enjoyed chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a side of homemade chicken & dumplings! Everything tasted wonderful and it made the evening even more enjoyable!

Overall our family has been very very pleased with Village on The Park community. The communication is always on point which is very much appreciated. The staff give great care to the residents and we like how the community is laid out - they have separate winds that cater to the specific needs of the residents. The homemade ice cream is a big plus also. The meals and dining service is very good and we would recommend this community to other families.

Stoney Brook has a good homey feeling to it and we would recommend this community to other families

Village on the Park is clearly a superior operation. Physically attractive with greenary always near. The facilities are well managed by an accomodating professional staff. There is a lively social scene with many activities, yet it is quite congenial for those of a more introspective nature.

Our family has had such a positive experience, of our mom living here the past 10 months. Her apartment is cleaned weekly and the whole community is well maintained. The employees are respectful, friendly, kind, and appear to enjoy working here and have great relationships with the residents. They have good energy, and the activities encourage participation and involvement.

I enjoy the activities, the music and the dining room food. The apartment is very comfortable, and if it needs maintenance they come right away. The staff are very kind and caring, and look out for the safety & well being of us. During COVID, they were very cautious about exposure. I enjoy living at the village.

Parents moved in [date removed], during Hurrican Harvey. The activities are wonderful and ther is quite a variety. There are many trips away from the facility as well. Al of the staff truly care about the residents and their well being. The dining hall food is very delicious and the wait staff are very proficient. A wonderful place to live.

I am very satisfied with the satff and conditions of the faciltiy. The entire staff are eager to help in any problem, that I have came to them with. Most of the problems were not caused by them or the facility.

I toured Carriage Inn at Katy and it was fine tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because Carriage Inn wasn't a good fit for our loved one.

We chose Carriage Inn at Katy because my parents felt the most comfortable here. It was a little smaller of a community and that is what they were looking for. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and all of the residents are super friendly and welcoming. We have been very happy with our choice, it was the perfect fit for my parents. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

My sister was at another facility and it discouraged me very much. I am so glad that she moved to Carriage Inn because it totally changed my mind about these types of facilities. They really care for their residents here. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The people that work at Carriage Inn and the people that live there are their greatest assets. The food served at meals is wonderful, the service is great, and people are friendly to everyone and go out of their way to make new residents feel welcome.

Stoney Brook is a very nice facility and the staff were great. They are still reaching out to me making sure we are happy where we are at. Unfortunately it was too expensive for us and there was a waiting list. They gave out cookies when we were leaving and they were AMAZING.

We chose Carriage Inn at Katy because of the good reputation they have in the community, the convenient location, and the value for the money fit our budget. The apartment sizes are really good. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. If we have any questions or concerns there is always someone there to help us right away. I would definitely; recommend them to others looking.

This community was beautiful but it was more expensive than the budget we had for my loved one. The tour guide was very nice and thorough and interacted with everyone. You could tell that she was active in the community and there were a lot of amenities available also.

We have heard the meals and dining service is pretty good and they do have different activities going on in the memory care unit. They do sing-a-longs and get their nails done. The value for cost was not bad but at times it did seem to be over priced, but we would still recommend the Carriage Inn at Lake Jackson community to other families.

For what is paid we feel that my loved one is getting everything that she needs from this community. Knowing that my loved one is safe is priceless. My love one is making good friends, she is safe, cared for they are truly friendly at this community and very clean. They are very positive and there are a lot of activities and social events for the residents to stay busy.
