Inspired Living

I enjoyed my visit with [name removed] at Inspired Living at Ocoee. The home there was clean, calm and very well put together. The staff was friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered, and we had a great conversation on what our options are and our next steps. I definitely would recommend a visit with [name removed]; she was very helpful.

The agent provided the information we needed in my initial phone calls, in our visit and tour with our dear friend who needs assisted living, and in our follow up communications. Her interview with our friend was kindly and thorough, helping our friend to get acquainted with the facility, other staff, and a few residents. At this point we have what we need to make decisions on the next steps for our friend.

I really liked the facility. I met with a large number of the staff and some of the residents. The staff seemed genuinely concerned about the residents and the residents seemed happy.

Inspired Living is a wonderful memory care community. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the residents. It is encouraging to see residents up, active, and spending time outside their rooms, with supervised activities that support socialization and daily engagement. The facility and grounds are well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, whether shared or private. Overall, Inspired Living provides a warm, supportive, and well-cared-for environment.

I was impressed with the tour. Specifically who helped me to understand what the experience would be like to be a resident of this facility.

I thought the facility was beautiful. They always had events going on and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff are very friendly and appear to be good at what they do. No complaints about meals and other residents also not complaining about meals. Room is of a good size with room for furniture. Plenty of channels on the TV, Barbara is high functioning so she finds activities below her capability but she likes singing religious songs with the group. Overall I think that it is a wonderful facility and that the staff is doing a very good job. I would recommend Inspired Living Hidden Lakes to others.

We had a great experience working with [Name Removed] at Inspired Living. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we have gone through the process of finding a place for my mother to be cared for. [Name Removed] has such a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and welcome.

The community is clean and always smells nice. I am updated on all changes and my mom always has something to do. Very active community with a beautiful courtyard space. We love to visit and seat with mom in the gazebo.

After touring 6 different communities, Inspired was the obvious choice. I love their open floor plan and the gorgeous courtyard space. Mom loves the freedom of being able to roam around and I love the peace of mind they provide.

My family and I had to make the hard decision to move our mother in here in April. Things happened quickly, but with her deteriorating health, it was the right thing to do. They were very detailed when it came to explaining everything. Now I see that she’s made friends and participates in a lot of the activities here. She likes the 2pm snack time as well as the desserts. She can dine anytime she wants so that was nice too with all day dining. Other places didn’t have that. Mom doesn’t like to get up early so this was perfect for her. We haven’t had any issues with Care.

The staff, care, activities, food and cleanliness all seem to be up to standard. If I could change one important issue would be the cost of the facility. Unfortunately my mom will not be able to afford the cost past next year as her finances can't afford the facility. This is the most disappointing aspect of my mom's situation.

Recently we brought a family member to visit Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch. She loved it from the moment we walked into the facility. Everyone was so accommodating, pleasant and smiling. Including the many residents we observed around the coffee bar. The staff new them all by name and the residents knew all the staff by name. The real star for us was [Name removed]. She helped us through the process and followed up with phone calls, photos and texts to assure us that our loved one was doing ok. We are so pleased with the assistance from the staff that we are now working on bringing another loved one to this facility from an Assisted Living in RI. [Name removed] is also guiding us through this as well. Words cannot describe the relief we feel knowing that our precious family members are being so well taken care of. I would rate all of the 8 categories a "5". Of course this is my long distance experience now. We have nit returned to Florida and all of my contacts have been by phone. When we selected Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch we considered all of those categories; and, were extremely happy with the facility, my brother-in-law's apartment, the food.& staff. My brother-in-law may have a different opinion now

The staff and executive director are very friendly and responsive. Just food improvement would be great.

Our experience with Amanda at Inspired Living was perfect. She was able to give excellent information and was very sensitive to our needs.

Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful, I felt relieved and happy that my Mother will be well taken care of! I would recommend Inspired Living in Bonita Springs to anyone looking for a Clean, Nice place for their cared one!

My father-in-law is a very introverted person, and we thought he would never come out of his room to socialize. And somehow the staff has gotten him to come out of his room and watch TV with the other residence. We went with the smaller room and that seems to be working out perfectly for him. He was very stubborn and did not want to go at all, but after about four weeks, it's like he thinks he's always been there. We are very happy with our decision. They really helped us with the transition and finalizing some of his financial pieces. It has been a great experience.

Lovely Community and facilities. Seems like a Delightful staff Made a reservation for my folks...we shall see... [Name Removed] were extremely kind and resourceful during the search, decision and the move. Inspired Living at Ocoee seems like a great fit for my folks life style; warm, inviting, family dining, flexibility in dining, importance of relaxation and freedom, and lovely comfortable surroundings. Hope they will enjoy their new Home.
