[name removed] was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions I really liked the rooms but we may need skilled nursing in the near future which is not available here.

The staff is very helpful and caring. It's a calm, intimate environment and the food is great! Mom enjoyed her stay there before she passed.

[Name Removed] was a great advocate for the facility. Our tour gave us a good prospective of the workings of the facility. [Name Removed] took great care to make sure my mom was comfortable with the tour.

It's small and not fancy, but the staff seems to pour their heart into every resident. We've been very happy thus far.

Very well pleased with everything except I am still waiting on a copy of the contract and no response on phone calls text messages and emails on information I need to submit to the Veterans Administration. A+ on all daily care.

They were wonderful for the short time that my husband was there. The place is very clean with no odors when you walk in. The atmosphere is positive, and the staff is welcoming. He received very good attention and service.

The staff made me feel very welcome. Cambridge Gardens was in a quiet location and the suites were bright and located on one floor. Pets are welcome with some restrictions. There are many amenities such as grocery stores, banks and eateries in close proximity.

The things we like the most about the community are the staff, the staff are great and they have a secure outdoor area with walking path. We would absolutely recommend Cambridge Landings to other families

Whether it’s the nursing team, the dining staff, or the administrative office, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure my Father feels safe and supported. The facility itself is immaculate/bright/welcoming, and the transition was much smoother than we anticipated. We’ve been especially impressed by the Activities, Amenities, beautiful garden courtyard, and variety of social outings, which has helped my Father stay active and engaged. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing they are in a secure, loving environment. I highly recommend and trust Crown Pointe/Chapters of Carmel!

I would give Cambridge landing a 5 rating. The staff are well trained, caring and patient with difficult residents such as my spouse. They are easily accessible, responds quickly to questions and concerns. The facility is well kept and provides great space for activities, comfort, socialization, dining. I have been very pleased with all aspects of Cambridge Landing.

Mom felt welcomed by the staff and residents immediately. Everything was about the residents. Staff know the residents by name and have infinite patience dealing with residents' confusion. I would stay there myself if I could.

I recently visited a family member at this facility and [name removed] helped us through our journey. [name removed] is a very friendly and sweet. Individual was very welcoming since this was my first time ever going & seeing my grandma in such a state. he really put my mind at ease. It was very funny! The place was very clean and relaxed. You can tell everyone here enjoys their job.

Moving my mom into Lake Wylie Assisted Living & Memory Care was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for her. She has been in assisted living for the last 5 years, and the difference in the care she receives here is truly unbelievable. What moving her here did was show us just how neglected she was previously. It’s been a night and day difference. The staff is phenomenal, and we could not appreciate them more!

I attended the annual holiday party last week and it was amazing. It was fun & I enjoyed the facility. The staff seem to be very caring and attentive. Seemed like the residents felt at home. The environment was welcoming & very clean. Will definitely be referring my friends & family to Chapters Living of Carmel.
