Chancellor's Village had a very warm, welcoming feel. The residents and staff seemed very friendly.

Enjoyed meeting with Chancellor's Village marketing director on a number of occasions as we begin our transition from home ownership to an independent living facility. Not only is she a great advocate for Chancellor's Village, but she was a key in helping us begin a search for companies that can help us transition.

I have know Chancellors Village for nearly thirty five years and it is an awesome place. I've visited most recently with my mom for a few lunch and learn sessions and the Hawaiian-themed party day. Whew!! The residents and staff are both lovely and professional. The chef and the dining experiences are excellent and we love the apartments, common areas and activities. Chancellors Village is a warm, inviting home with caring people.

The staff is universally friendly and positive. They all try to be very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Keystone Villa because it’s a great place. The facility is always clean. All of my needs are met quickly. There is always someone observing and checking to make sure I am ok and they will spot things that get addressed as far as my health goes. Everything is taken care of for me and I am satisfied with everything.

My mom has been a resident in memory care for almost 2 years. While it was a very difficult and emotional decision for my sister and I, we are very happy that we chose The Birches at Newtown for our mom. Our first impression was that it was a safe and caring environment. We knew our mom would be comfortable and well cared for. The care team in Daybreak is amazing. They are cheerful, friendly and truly care about the residents. The management team is professional and responsive. The Activities team has a good variety of things to keep the residents busy and will often send me photos of my mom dancing to the music! Housekeeping, dining and facility teams also take the time to engage with the residents. We are so thankful to have a safe place for our mom.

Choosing to move from my home and neighborhood after 61 years was a hard decision, especially knowing that “perfect” does not exist. I didn’t want my children to become my entertainment, transportation, or caregivers. What I truly needed was an opportunity to decrease isolation and feel connected again. At The Birches, I found exactly that. The employees were eager to learn what I needed for comfort and helped me settle in with genuine care. Here, I have no reason to feel lonesome — we choose each other. And when I need privacy, it’s always available.

The Birches truly feels like home. I’m able to bring all of my belongings and even some of my furniture into my studio apartment, which makes my space feel comfortable and familiar. I enjoy the activities offered here — especially the twice-daily exercise classes led by an exercise physiologist, our shopping trips, and Bingo. I’ve met so many wonderful women that I look forward to seeing every day, and I’ve made great friends at my assigned table during meals. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and I love the themed parties, especially Oktoberfest. Living here has been such a positive experience.

I moved to The Birches four years ago with my husband as he needed care for Parkinson’s. Since his passing, I’ve chosen to stay because of the warm, family-like environment I’ve found here. I enjoy the activities, and the staff keeps us active and connected, which has been so important for my emotional well-being. My daughter lives in Yardley and visits frequently, and she’s happy to see me thriving in this community.

I’ve been at The Birches at Newtown for 3½ years, and the staff have always been kind, attentive, and supportive. Whenever I have a health concern, someone is right there to address it. My apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and the housekeepers maintain it beautifully each week. The food is nourishing, and I enjoy spending time and conversing with my friends. I would gladly recommend this community to others.

The therapists at The Birches at Newtown helped me get stronger and walk again. When I first arrived, I felt weak, but now I’m able to walk with my walker around the perimeter of the community. I feel more confident every day and have made some wonderful friendships along the way.

The Birches at Newtown has been a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so nice, the community is spotless, and the food is very good. I stay active with exercise classes, word games, Friday happy hour, and card games with my friends. I love that my friends can visit anytime. My Studio Deluxe apartment has so much space, and I enjoy it every day.

I am so happy that I chose The Birches. I feel safe, secure, and truly at home. I’ve made many friends here, and so many of us share the same interests. I play cards every night and enjoy participating in the group activities—Word in a Word is my favorite. And of course, everyone loves bingo. The fitness classes offered twice a day help keep us strong and active. I enjoy life here so much that I recommended The Birches to my best friends. They’ll be moving in next month, and I can’t wait for them to join the community.

I’ve found the residents to be very kind, and the employees go out of their way to make sure everyone’s needs are met. The Physical Therapy team has been wonderful as well. I recently had the chance to work with the activities staff to serve coffee to the residents. With over 45 years in the coffee business, it was a pleasure to bring a bit of my background into the community.

My brother and I would like to take the time to thank you for all that you did for our mom. We knew that when she was with you she was safe, protected, and treated with dignity. For the last three years, she was cared for and listened to no matter how trivial it may have seemed. When I share with my friends how so many of the staff came to see mom on her last two days to say good bye, they are amazed. It was amazing to know she just wasn’t another person with dementia but [name removed]. Thank you for how you delt with [name removed] and I. It couldn’t have been easy, and you never made us feel as our questions were unimportant. When all said and done, every family needs a Chestnut Knoll in their lives. I am a current resident at Traditions of Hanover. Of all the senior complexes that I visited, Traditions of Hanover was the best! The staff was friendly and courteous and treats you like family. They are always happy to see you.

The Keystone Villa facility has been excellent. It is one of the cleanest Sr. Living places I've visited. Staff are attentive, and there are many activities where the staff engages the residents. My dad's private studio is quite large. I haven't been there when my dad was eating but he seems to be adjusting to everything quite well. So far, my mother is very pleased with the treatment of my dad at Keystone, and I'm so glad that I was able to get some assistance from "A Place For Mom" in finding it.

Ever since my 90 year old mother moved into Traditions of Hanover last year, my brother and I now have peace of mind knowing that she is safe and is being cared for by an amazing staff. Every single staff member that I have encountered there has always been upbeat, positive and helpful. You can tell they really care about their residents. (Special shout out to [name removed] and [name removed]: two staff members who have always gone above and beyond :)The facility is lovely, clean and beautifully decorated for each holiday. The schedule for residents is ALWAYS packed full with all kinds of fun activities and experiences! There is also a movie theater, library, chapel, a salon, a bar/lounge and so much more available to the residents. (And the food (prepared on site) is delicious!!) If you are searching for a senior living facility for your loved one, please consider Traditions of Hanover. You will not be disappointed, and the fact that there is a waitlist tells you all you need to know!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and residents at Traditions of Hanover. My mom has been a resident for eight months. The staff set mom up with another resident on the first day to show her the ropes. This made the transition much better and easier to get to know everyone. It wasn't long before Mom found a good group of friends that she regularly dines and attends activities with. There are many trips and activities planned. The drivers for those trips and for doctor appointments are always polite and I feel my mom is safe with them. The entire staff is very aware and attentive and does not hesitate to call if they notice a change in my mom's habits or if there is anything they feel I should know. The residents are friendly. I often stay and spend time chatting with them after my mom is settled in her room. The meals are good and Mom sometimes eats too many desserts! I honestly cannot say a bad thing about TOH and I joke that I am ready to move in there myself.
