I really like it here. I have made many friends, enjoy the activities, and find the food to be really good. I especially enjoy the many musicians that come here to entertain. We also have many opportunities to get out into the community.

We are so thankful for the help of A Place For Mom in finding Talamore for us. We have nothing but praise for the staff, care and peace of mind knowing how smooth everything was and that she was always in good hands. The communication was wonderful.

Ever since my first communication with [name removed], the entire process has been welcoming and simple. My mom has been living there almost a month, and I am grateful for the staff that is there. You can tell they are dedicated and truly care. The place is new (3 years old), smells good, is bright and airy, and well-cared for. Moving a loved one from a home they’ve lived in for most of their life is not easy, but I have peace of mind knowing Mom doesn’t have to deal with stairs or stepping over a tub. She is adjusting well and making friends.

I would give Talamore a 5 in all categories-at least to the best of my knowledge. For instance, we had little interaction with admin staff, but everyone seemed nice. The food was exceptional, delicious from my perspective but my mom ( the actual resident) complained. Maybe it was a little fancy for older midwestern palates. But they did have options. The setting was beautiful; cost of care was high, but completely comparable to other to communities. I was actually shocked that the rates were not higher once I was more aware of this particular market. The care was the most exceptional aspect of Talamore. The nurses, assistants & other medical professionals were always kind & respectful and seemed to love my mom. I observed all staff in all areas ( food service, reception etc.) would go out of their way to help, check on, greet, socialize etc. with residents & families. My mom died last week, and we have no regrets about her care during those last days. They kept her comfortable and peaceful, & helped us navigate this time. Staff also worked seamlessly with hospice . If I could rate Talamore higher, I would!

I have referred a few friends and colleagues to NorBella because everyone does a great job caring for the residents!! [name removed] is an amazing Director of Activities, [name removed] is so friendly and [name removed] the RN is so sweet. They all care so much and know every resident and treat them like family.

I reside in the "independent living" wing of this facility. The staff meets my expectations (at times actually exceeds them).

I would say I made the right choice for me. I would recommend to others. It just felt right

Beautiful facility, clean and modern. The staff is very responsive - they know everyone's name. They are also proactive and as the daughter who doesn't live onsite still keep me informed as needed.

We picked Caretta despite that it is a half hour from where I am living due to my work. There were much closer ones, but the staff here impressed us above all the others. My husband was actively involved in choosing here. He felt other places we saw looked only at his diagnosises, as he was not as cognitively capable as he actually is. At Caretta they saw him from the first meeting, not his diagnosis, and got to know who he is. Since he moved in 2 months ago we have been happy with our choice. The staff we've interacted with all have an attitude that this is more than a job.

This is a fabulous facility. Staff is courteous, professional and very attentive. The food in the dining room is excellent. Medications are delivered as scheduled. I highly recommend Talamore to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

I have recommended Talamore to others. It's not perfect but it's better than the competition I know of.

We are setting up some als carte AL services and it has taken a while to meet with people and get things started. But they are very nice. My dad doesn't participate in the activities but they have many coordinated things

The facility is exceptionally clean and the staff is very helpful, present and available. As far as the value for the money that rates a 2 the care givers passing meds are not RNs or LPNs. He needs help with the bathroom, meds and meals so the basics. The owners of these facilities are multi millionaires that never visit where their money comes from. Sorry for the bitter tone. The cost is ridiculous.

What we like the most about Broadwell Senior Living is the electronic access by fob quite secure. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

When we came in, we were impressed by the appearance. It was welcoming and very appealing. The staff was very welcome benefit. They were at first, and still are very approachable and friendly. Our needs are met and, as I like to tell others, we are spoiled Rotten- What a blessing.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Preserve of Roseville including its new management team and leadership staff. It is clear the staff are focused on providing great care and services for the residents! In addition, The Preserve is a beautiful newly-built community with many amenities to offer.
