Our overall experience has been very nice. My grandfather says everyone has been kind and helpful. When we visit, all the staff say what a joy he is to have around. They have good activities and try to keep the residents actively involved. We feel safe leaving our grandfather in their hands.

Great space - excellent interior design! Lovely people. Doesn't feel like an assisted living place. And no bad odors.

Overall, we have been pleased with my mom’s experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is good with plenty of variety, and there are a lot of activities available for residents. One area that could be improved is the orientation process for new residents and their families. It would be very helpful to have a simple new-resident orientation or information sheet explaining things such as laundry and cleaning days, how various services work, schedules, and other everyday details. We’ve found that we tend to learn these things little by little as we go. Moving into assisted living is a big adjustment, and having that information from the beginning would make the transition easier for both residents and their families. Overall, though, we appreciate the friendly staff, good meals, and the effort that goes into providing activities and keeping residents engaged.

The tour was fine, they provided a lot of information and answered all our questions. It is a very nice facility - top notch. My only concern is the cost - of all the facilities we toured, this is the highest cost for room and max level of care. I don't doubt that it is worth it, but it may be too high for our cost range.

The cleanliness of the room has been an issue as well things (laundry baskets, clothing, snacks, etc) that go missing from his room. Dementia patients seem to take things from each other's rooms.

My mom has now been living at Sancerre for six months. She could not be happier. The extremely well trained team is caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing her with the best possible care. Top-down leadership is extraordinary. The facility is bright, cheery, and clean. The nursing team has been there when she needs help. They also reach out to me on a regular basis to provide updates. She loves the food. The chef uses the finest ingredients to create delicious meals. Thank you for creating such a loving and caring environment for my 96 year old mom.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and cheerful. Many great amenities. Residents seemed clean and happy.

The facility looked very nice and welcoming. The people I interacted with were great as well. Our community guide was very informative about the facility and process, and he answered all of my questions.

Actually my favorite assisted living but the timing was not right because I couldn’t move my brother in until the [date removed], and they had an availability for July. He is already paying for assisted in another city for July. So I had to go with another assisted living.

All 5 so far. Staff cares more than the past 3 SNF/AL facilities we experienced. Activities are excellent and residents are encouraged to participate rather than spend time in rooms. Staff to resident ratio is very good. Food is excellent compared to other facilities. Looming organizational changes is our only main concern at this point as they reportedly consider using Med Techs to replace nurses.

It is a very upscale facility and we are thinking very seriously thinking of going there. We are having dinner there next Tuesday and a further look.

Heritage Crossing is beautiful and smells good. The response time from the director [name removed] has been incredible. [name removed] also worked with us on timing and helped us with all questions we asked and we had a lot. The communication from [name removed] after she assessed mom was quick and she had a plan specifically for her needs prior to moving in. They treat you like an individual and really listen.

Such a great clean wonderful affordable place:) [name removed] was a wonderful person and big help I would definitely recommend this place

The Gallery at Ft Collins is amazing in every way possible. The staff, the care, the food, the atmosphere, everything. We could not have chosen a better place for my Dad to land. I trust them with his life and the director is attentive and understanding. He's only been there for two weeks but the improvements in his overall health are incredible.

My Dad goes down to order lunch and dinner almost everyday and every single person that works in that area is very, very kind to my Dad. He loves going to see them. [name removed], at the front desk is always helpful and kind. I enjoy talking to her when I'm there. There is an Alzheimer's Support Group each month and that is very helpful. The woman who does it is great! Love her
