The staff is friendly and well trained. The facility is very clean. The staff responds to questions regarding the residents care and a nurse is alwaysavailable.

Absolutely love this facility. The staff are so helpful and take very good care of the residents. The facility is so clean and looks so nice inside and out. They do fun activities with the residents and the food they serve is great.

My husband lived here for 5 weeks. Through all his struggles, the staff was loving and compassionate. All staff knew their residents and were always quick to help. Feels like home with furnishings and outside green areas.

I thought it was a very good n knowledgeable facility for dementia. I thought their talking with them was helpful. However it is a memory care facility that is run like an assisted living facility. My loved one is further along with dementia n I don’t think the 2 times a week happy hour or the off site visits is a good fit for someone who is in the late stages of dementia like my loved one.

My tour was to determine, should I die before my husband, where he would go. I was extremely impressed.

All caregivers were very caring and knowledgeable of what my wife did each day and night. I was very impressed with her care.

Had the pleasure of touring this community and was truly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It was wonderful to see the care and attention given to the residents, as well as the sense of community throughout the building. I truly enjoyed my visit and appreciate the opportunity to see all the great things this community has to offer!

I had such a wonderful time visiting and touring the community last Thursday for their Trunk or Treat event! I absolutely loved seeing all the festive decorations, creative costumes, and, most importantly, the smiles and excitement throughout the community. It was such a joy to experience the wonderful atmosphere, connect with everyone, and see the special sense of community that makes this place so unique.

This is a very nice facility for sure. My uncle and I recently went on a tour there and it went very well. Everyone there is professional, and very knowledgeable. [name removed] gave us the tour and explained all the programs in extreme detail. Very knowledgeable employee. I’m hoping my uncle will utilize there services very soon.Thank you [name removed] for all that you’ve done for us, very much appreciated!!

Good old fashioned food, activities of choice and a bright environment keeps my happy at Arden. She has friends and is so thank you of the help she gets from the caregivers. We are pleased as a family with my mom's care.

This facility is better than most I've seen. Prices are affordable and we are using my dad's long term care insurance policy to offset costs. We think we found the best place for dad at this time in his life. Thank you Arden Courts for what you do.

My older sister has been living at Arden Courts for about two months. I was simply unable to care for her at home. She is a very challenging character, and I was so worried that she would end up in a less than desirable placement. Thankfully I was led to Arden Courts after visiting a number of memory care facilities. She has calmed down, developed positive relationships with many of her caregivers and is more cooperative with her care all the time. The staff has been so helpful. I am grateful to the nurses and aides. Even the housekeeper has helped reassure my sister in the midst of some crazy delusions. A special thanks to [names removed]. They're a great team!

Dad says he's having a good time, care seems good. Someone else was an engineer here so they speak daily about days gone by. I am very happy that he is here. The crew is top notch.

My mom moved in this past summer and although we were quite positive about the move there was still some apprehension with myself and my brother. Thankfully, the community is working out to be the best decision we have made in years regarding my mom. She came here with a slew of health issues and unfortunately still has them BUT she is now living her best life with new friends and constant activities. She loves trivia every morning and i am so happy to see the engagement here. The caregivers in the Loop have been wonderful in every way, so much better than the community she was living in prior. This is a good place for my aunt. We toured a lot of places but we were sold on the size of the facility. It is small enough that residents get the care they need, but big enough to walk around on her own. She does not like to go to activities in big groups, but attends the smaller groups. She gets the care and supervision she needs, and she likes living there. We are all happy with our choice!

I have been to Arden Courts of Elk Grove for a couple of months now and I must say the staff is amazing. The Administrator, DON, RN's and CNA's are easy to talk to and make you feel like part of the team. I would recommend to this facility to my family.

Even though my husband didn’t live at Arden Courts very long, both he and I were very happy with the care and the staff! I have to admit he had Alzheimer’s and he only left because he died. I was hoping he would live there a long time.

My dad came from an assisted living where the care was awful. I was always worried about him. I use to care for him and he got sores on his butt. I met with the director and nursing director they took time with me I didn't feel rushed. After my tour the director said we have a wait list. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get my dad in. She most people on the wait list aren't ready to move in yet and want to be on the wait list for when the time comes they can get right in. I was able to get my dad in two days later. I was so grateful for them and the space was fully furnished. The care they gave my dad healed his wound. He loved going to the ice cream shop and sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard. I actually went home not worried about him which never happened at his old community. He just passed away peacefully. They even gave me refund for the days in the month after we moved his stuff out. Thank you Arden Courts.

My husband was there for respite care. The staff was very caring and respectable to him. The activities director was fabulous. She kept the community moving! She even had a car show with a picnic. He was comfortable there. We will be there again.
