I feel the facility and staff are a good thing from what I've heard of other places. The room size is great. It has a has a normal size refrigerator. The bathroom is big and spacious. It's off of the bedroom. It's very light and bright.

Although there were a lot of internal management changes the staff were wonderful treating my mom in a kind and patient manner. I felt she was in good hands. My mom was not an easy person to deal with but they never complained and kept a good attitude.

The staff was terrific. My aunt did really well when we moved her from her prior facility to the Groves. She became more engaged and active. They always treated her well, even when she could be difficult. Several made a point to say goodbye to her after she passed away.

The facility is clean, staff are friend and helpful and the other residents look happy. I would and have recommended this facility to others. My father was there and my husband took a tour for his father as well.

They have Very friendly and attentive staff who really care. The activities are great, they have a daily schedule for the residents. Staff encourages everyone to attend and participate.

My aunt became a new person after she arrived at The Groves. She is dressed out of her room every day (in her previous place, she spent the day in bed). The staff had always been kind and considerate. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I would encourage anyone looking for assisted living in the Tustin area should go for a visit at lunchtime. See the facility, the residents and have a delicious lunch. Seeing this beautiful facility, meeting some of the residents really sold mom and I. The staff is experienced and caring. They truly care about all the residents. I can call anytime to talk to the nurse if I have any concerns and when I go in person the staff is very very personable! My mom is doing great and loves all that the Groves has to offer!

Very friendly people. My dad passed away there, and the support and kindness we felt was amazing. I know some of the admin staff have changed there since my dad passed, so idk how they are now.

Administration turnover has been a problem - re ent new ownership It is a very nice place for the price.

What we like the most about Everest at The Groves of Tustin is how compassionate and understanding the staff is. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff/facility are so caring, patient, kind, responsive and genuinely care for the residents. It's been a year and I have zero complaints.

We would have to give Everest at Oceanside a 5 for all so far. They have great communication with me for all needs and care and I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Since mom has entered the Groves at Tustin, she is happier, eating better, stronger physically and mentally. She is more update and enjoys getting up everyday and looks forward to all her activities. I am so great full to all the staff for being so kind and positive and promoting such an upbeat home for my mom. Thank you for all you do!

My loved one is currently a resident at Everest at Oceanside and his experience has been great so far! This facility is a great place for seniors that can live independently. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

My father has lived in the facility for 12+ years and has been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The team worked with me, the daughter, from the beginning when he entered Independence living, then onto Assisted Living, and soon to be in their memory care. I feel blessed to be part of the overall family. The chef prepares terrific meals with lots of options, the cleaning staff are friendly and kind, and the nursing staff are excellent and professional. Everest has taken very good care of my father and I applaud them for dedication and making everyone feel welcomed.

Our dear friend passed away while there at Everest at Oceanside in the Memory Care facility. Hospice came in at the end. I was very happy with everything that happened there. It was a wonderful experience with Everest!

It is fairly close to our house. The cost is good. Friendly smiling employees. Residents have said good things to us about Everest. And the facilities do not smell badly like some places do. Cleanliness is very important. And the employees really seem to care about the residents.

They have been wonderful. Everyone has been very responsive and kind. it turned out to be a bigger adjustment than expected and Everest has done an amazing job of caring for [name removed]. All positives on your list

The staff at Everest at Oceanside are extremely friendly and go out of their way to get to know all of the new residents and their needs. Several of them have been with the community for many years, and it shows. The quality of the meals is very good. The move in process was seamless and went very well. Overall, this is an exceptional community and we are very happy. I would highly recommend this community to anyone else who is interested.
