I really enjoyed my time there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Brunch and dinner were included, with a large menu that was very tasty. There were lots of activities and regular transportation for shopping and social events. Housekeeping came once a month and did an excellent job. Garbage was picked up twice a week, and maintenance responded in a timely manner. I had to leave due to family issues, but I was very happy there. The price was most reasonable.

I recently visited Oasis at Mesa Palms, and it is truly a hidden treasure. I had such a wonderful experience during my tour; the guide was patient, took their time, and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by how much is included for the price, such as meals, housekeeping, and stackable washer and dryers, and various activities. I was so impressed that I signed up immediately, knowing without a doubt that I had found my new home. I highly recommend checking out this retirement community.

I am an independent and active resident who chose to move here because of the spacious apartments and the variety of scheduled activities. I also appreciated that 40 meals per month are included, which is a wonderful convenience and added value.

Oasis has been a great place for my mom. Unfortunately we have to find a new location for my mom that is a Memory Care facility. She has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Oasis at Mesa Palms is clean, friendly and to me, the price is great.

I moved into The Elms community 3 1/2 years ago and never want to be anywhere else! The staff not only do their job but go beyond to make us happy and content! There is always someone available to help - the wonderful office staff listen, the maintenance staff are helpful, even at a moment’s notice! The kitchen and serving staff are always willing to listen and joke back at us! They often go out of their way to take care of our special (and sometimes “picky”) requests. The facility is always clean, with special rooms to take care of our needs. Staff works with residents to offer many different activities. Then, there are the residents! I call them my Elms Family! No more than 100 people so it helps in getting to know each other! Meals in the dining room are wonderful times to get to know each other. No assigned seating so you can move around.

Oasis is a great place! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to live! Great choice for 55+ living

When I think of A Place for Mom, I automatically think of [name removed] He was so helpful and kind. He was empathetic and knew exactly what we needed. He provided many names of various places we might want for my mom. He also provided various resources relative to our situation and gave us tips on how to navigate the process. He followed up on a daily basis, either by phone and/or email. He is, by far, the heart of A Place for Mom. He touched base with me after we placed our mom at Oasis at Mesa Palms. He did call me on a few occasions after placement and when I wasn't able to answer, he left messages. I would like to call him or email him to personally give my thanks! He is a gem!

My experience with Oasis at Mesa Palms has been nothing but positive. I am happy to have made a wise choice. The first impression of the facility was with the Executive Director:[ name removed]. I was greeted like I already lived at Oasis. He introduced me to all the staff that were there; took me on a tour; went over the schedules of his staff that are at t locations and I t Oasis just because I was being treated well, I could afford it, the l ness that is taken care of every day. I could go on but I won't. If anyone comes to evaluate this retirement apartments you won't be disappointed.

I think if they have questions, you know they should be asking staff or administrator here in regards to whatever I mean I think I summarized it up in your questionnaire as to what I thought so far for five months I'm happy.

The owner's door is always open and available to residents and staff. He genuinely cares about older adults and wants them to be happy in their home. The affordability is really amazing when compared to "regular" apartments. Washer/Dryers are included along with all of utilities, meals, and activities. A better deal cannot be found in Arizona.
