When it became clear that dad could no longer live alone, we toured senior living communities in both Great Falls and Helena, Montana. This was not an easy task as we wanted what was best for dad. From the moment we stepped foot into Cambridge Place, he was completely at home. The people were caring and loving and the atmosphere was lively. He spent almost 3 years there and always called it home. We cannot thank everyone there for the love they gave him. As dad's health deteriorated, we had to find a new home for him. He misses his family there very much (Gayle, Eric, Jim, Sonya, Diana and many many others). I would definitely recommend Cambridge Place.

This place must pay their employees well because of all the places suggested by our advisor, this place clearly had the most professional staff...and they all treated dad as if he was there parent. Dad always felt like he was there most important resident. Cleanest and best maintained facility we visited. This place had the warmest atmosphere and on a very cold October day, I couldn't believe the warm inviting feeling I got as I drove onto the property. Inside that warmness is felt throughout the building. You will be treated like family themoment you enter. Of all the assisted living facilities in the Fox Valley, this one will impress you. You will find it very comforting to leave mom and/or dad in their care. They know how to do this right. Some might think their loved one might get lost in the shuffle because of the size of the facility, but let me say that your mom and dad will get just the right amount of attention that they need and they will almost always feel like they are the most important person in the place.

I would rate everything a 5! Everytime I ask them to do something they do it right away. They don't waste time and they're very friendly. Right now, I'd say just keep doing what they're doing. I've had their food several times and it's been good every time. I was there on Saturday and had dinner with my aunt. After they had happy hour and there was a guy who sang and snacks. Even though I wasn't a resident I could participate. My aunt's been there for a month and even before that they've been very helpful and made it easy for me. I can't complain!

Sara was very helpful and kind. Knew residents we encountered. Her grandma lives in a 2 bd with a den and her mom also works there. Residents were involved in activities. Meal times are lengthy providing everyone time to eat at their leisure. Laundry is done by staff and is included. Housekeeping included. Takes Family Care.

Love this place

11/30/11 $2450 Studio, no extras except cable & phone. Great entrance. Sr Living Community. No memory unit any more. Nurse will do free initial qualifying assessment, in home or at Emeritus.

Director was very nice and made me feel relaxed. She has a very good repore with the residents and the staff.

My aunt lives here and she loves it. She complains about the food sometimes, but before the lockown, I had dinner with her and I thought it was good! She tells me all the time that the girls who help care for her are the best. They have done a great job of keeping her safe during covid, but I look forward to getting to visit her again soon!

The team at Corridor Crossing is great to work with. You can tell how much they care about the residents. They’ve done a great job of trying to keep people safe from COVID-19. Would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the care that my family member receives. It is a small facility, so there is less confusion for those with memory issues and makes it easier for staff to know the people in their care. They are constantly trying to find ways of improving and are happy to have reasonable input.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. As far as I know everything is working out well, and they are in good hands. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.

This community is great. The people are easy to work with. They keep the community clean and the food is good. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

The staff at community is nice and they encourage my uncle to participate in the daily activities. This is an older building, however they are working on updating it. The community is clean. He likes the food. He is making a lot of friends at this small community.

My mom recently moved into this community. So far the experience has been going great. The staff know how to keep the facility clean. My mom has plenty of options to choose for her meals and it seems to think it tastes good.

All the staff has been very friendly to my Mother-in-law. They take excellent care of her. They address any problems we may have and correct them as quickly as possible. This assisted living home is a great value.

Mom's been here just over a month. Food is great! Staff is caring, friendly & helpful! Lots of activities to keep residents active & interested.

My Father really likes Emeritus at Silver Pines. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. He has only been there two months but he seems to be adapting well.

They cook for my dad and they handle his medication and stuff like that. They have medical people on staff. I'd like it to be a little bit bigger so there are more people for my dad to socialize with but if you did that you might lose some of the other advantages. They seem to give everyone a personal touch which is great. My dad, who is a notoriously picky eater, seems to enjoy their food so that's something.

We really liked it here. Twin Oaks Estate had a lot of activities and they tried to involve all the residents to make them feel like they were at home. I have recommended them to others for assisted living. Twin Oaks is family owned and have been around for many years . The staff was good about answering all my questions. They do not offer adequate memory care services but their sister facility Twin Oaks Heritage Point does.

It is a very homey place. Everything is what my Mom wanted. Size of apartment and just the minimal that she needed since she is getting really forgetful and they help her when she needs help. She is in the independent side as of right now.
