My 96 yr old mother and 94 yr old step father live together in a one bedroom apartment at Wildwood. He is on hospice and non ambulatory. The staff integrate their duties with the hospice staff , and always do their best to keep mom involved in activities, as she is depressed about her husband. The food is excellent, and the wellness staff is very responsive to our needs. The management staff are long term employees, and definitely know what they’re doing.

MY WIFE IS IN THE MEMORY CARE SIDE OF GREENTREE. THE FACILITY IS PLEASANT IN DECOR AND STAFFING. THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT IS ON TOP OF THE NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND STAFF. THE STAFF HANDLES MEDS, FOOD, LAUNDRY, PERSONAL HYGENE, AND PLANNED ACTIVITIES. THE STAFF PRESENTS THEMSELVES WELL AND ARE VERY OBSERVANT TO THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENTS. THE CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THEIR SKILL LEVEL. OVERALL IT IS A VERY NICE PLACE FOR A LOVED ONE.

When we were looking for a place for a loved one, of the 8 we toured, Wildwood Canyon Villas was far above the rest. He's been there almost 3 months, and hasn't had a single complaint. It's clean, well-staffed, meals are always hot, and he can order off a menu if the day's meal doesn't interest him. The staff are always smiling and know the residents' names from day one.

My wife is having a hard time adjusting. She is also requiring more care than we originally thought she was going to need. The staff are upbeat, smiles from everyone. I particularly want to say how supportive the upper staff have been. [names removed] have all been great. Not happy with how [name removed] is doing but I am happy with The Canopy.

We brought my mother here and she was staying in the memory care side. The rooms are very nice, the staff take care of the laundry and housekeeping. There is a community cafeteria area and the food looks and tastes great. The staff is so knowledgeable, sweet and caring. They spend time with the residents and there are a lot of activities and trips. We found that the residents are also very nice to talk to and be around. The community spaces are relaxing and there is a very nice outdoor garden. We're so happy to have found it! All in all a wonderful place to be!

The Grove Senior Living has great staff, starting with the Executive Director down through the nurse, med techs, attendants, and dining room personnel. I've also really been pleased with their level of communication. We just had a 30-day review for my father and it was very thorough, and throughout they were very interested in our questions and needs. The facility is very clean and the interior furniture and styling is welcoming and cheery. My staff has been great in all areas. My father has a difficult time getting up for breakfast so they actively prompt his and help om identifying ADLs that my father needs help with. Lots of activities are available and just this morning I asked my father if he liked any in particular, and he responded that he has enjoyed all that he has participated in. My father has enjoyed the meals and his weight has been steady which also suggests no issues. Finally, the studio apartment that my father is in is like many that I saw when looking at assisted living facilities, and overall it has plenty of room for his bed and a sitting/TV area. The bathroom and walk-in shower is very spacious. All areas have been well maintained so far. Hope this helps.

My mom found the right amount of care and assistance she needed to live day to day. It has given her peace of mind that she is in a safe place and is well taken care of. All of the people have been so caring.

Settler's Park has been great to work with. They adapt to what each resident needs and they do it in a professional, yet caring manner. They plan activities for the residents and even put on events where the community is welcome to attend. The facility is clean and the rooms are a good size as well. The staff is fantastic. Their job can be difficult, but they treat the residents with dignity and kindness.

They are now called Compass by the way. Room is perfect size and modernly equipped in kitchen and bathroom. Staff is very pleasant and easy to work with

The staff was excellent and showed me exactly what I needed. I then thought about it, and decided to move in there . Beautiful grounds.

Everyone is very nice, you can visit anytime day or night. They keep up with prescriptions. They call if there is a problem or if he has fallen. They help with feeding if necessary. The state laws don't allow restraint of any kind..I don't like that, but we would recommend Shawnee Memory Care community to other families.

I DID A WALK THRU OF THE MEMORY CARE SIDE OF GREENTREE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE FOR MY WIFE. ''I FOUND IT'' THE OVERALL APPEARANCE WAS CLEAN, BRIGHT, AND WELL KEPT. THERE WERE PLENTY OF STAFF WORKING AND SEVERAL TOOK A SECOND TO GREET ME WITH A SMILE AND A HELLO. THE DINING AREA WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AS WAS THE SOCIAL/TV AREA AND HALLWAYS. MY GUIDE FOR THE TOUR WAS GREAT. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH SINCERE CONCERN ABOUT MY SITUATION AND NEEDS.

5 - my father, in his diminished capacity, is a handful and I admire the way they are able to redirect him and head off the behavioral issues.

My niece and nephew visited for me and reported that the facility was simply wonderful. I have since spoken directly with the [name removed], the Community Relations Director, with the plan of located my father here!

Wildwood Canyon is a beautiful, clean, welcoming facility. They also have security in place for memory care patients. The staff we met were cheerful and interacted with us and the residents in a kind, compassionate way. Many of the staff we spoke with had worked there for several years. The food looked and smelled delicious but we have not tried it yet. Family members can eat with the residents if they like. All in all a wonderful place.

The staff are wonderful. I would recommend Desert Peaks.

My mom is very well taken care of & the staff are very friendly & attentive. They provide transportation to doctor appts. They also take residents on outings & have special meals on holidays. The facility is clean & spacious. I should also say that my mom was there several years ago while recuperating from a broken pelvis. My dad was in their memory care facility for over a year before he passed away. We were very happy with the care they provided for those periods. I would highly recommend Callahan Village & Memory Care for seniors. It is expensive, but worth it.

The staff is wonderful - very attentive toy dads every need. They are kind and compassionate and really get to know him. The facility is nice and I like the fact that they intermix the memory care residents with the assisted living ones on some activities. My dad is high functioning and I think he appreciates that. Overall, we couldn't be happier.

I felt comfortable there. The caregivers were interacting with the residents and friendly. The only thing was the nurse was not even cordial with a smile or hello.

Overall a really great place to have your loved one. Great events, great staff, great care! The rooms are great and personable. You’re able to make it your place. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance.
