The staff was all very helpful. As for the food, they catered to the person. If the person had things they couldn't eat, they didn't serve them. They went out of their way to help. My husband who is a diabetic gets sugar-free stuff. The apartment size was fine. He was only there for a month. I really don't know too much but everyone was quite wonderful the entire time we were there.

The staff is friendly and works with us on what is needed. Rooms are nice and clean too. And the food is good. I would recommend this to others for sure.

They workers took excellent care of my Mom and was always very polite to her. My Mom absolutely loved the place before she passed away. Highly recommended Shelby Comfort Care. The facility was always clean, the care takers are polite and respectful and the price is very reasonable.

Everyone was great. The kitchen went out of their way to accommodate dietary needs. And dietary preferences. The AIDS were great. The whole place was wonderful!

[name removed] the Director was very friendly, professional, and respectful. He took a lot of extra time to explain everything to us to ensure a smooth transition for our Dad. All the staff was the same from the assistants, cooks and other support staff. The care is top notch.

We have a 1 bedroom, the rooms CD are large, you feel like you have your own place. The staff are friendly, get you out for meals and activities. It's nice they can set their own temperature for their room. Good variety of activities.

The staff are really nice and friendly, the know each of the residents. The facility is welcoming. It is clean and not crowded. It does not look like a clinical facility more like an apartment/home. The place is very clean, has a friendly environment. Wish there was more communication from the facility like it was in the beginning. The location is very wonderful and room size is a perfect fit! Food seems to be good haven't heard any complaints, and there are plenty of activities for those who wish to participate

What we like the most about the community is the Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of building, and communication. Yes, we would recommend the community to others with the caveat that they should plan on either a motorized wheelchair or amigo type scooter for their loved one. The building is large and depending on where their room is, it can be too much to make the walk to the dining room and activities if using a walker.

Big Rapids Fields is a fantastic facility. All the staff are respectful, caring, kind, and truly called to do what they do. They will take excellent care of your loved one. They are also there to help you every step of the way, because navigating placing a family member in assisted living can be a bit of a roller coaster and is uncharted territory for most people. The rooms are spacious, they have daily activities for residents, many on site services, and it is spotlessly clean all the time. I highly encourage you to tour the facility, I know it will be at the top of your list for places to consider when the need for assisted living comes for a loved one.

Marshall Comfort Care provided mom a safe place and 3 meals a day. Conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood - just perfect! Definitely recommend to others. Staff is very caring and conscientious

Great place to visit and loved the place. People and amazing workers that care for their people. Very clean, friendly, affordable and homey. The new addition will look great once it's done. Nice place for sure. Highly recommend it to anyone that needs a place.

We were well satisfied the administration was great. A lot of activities and good meals.
