Brookdale

We are so happy that our mom is at Brookdale. She has so much fun there. She has gained so many friends and is the happiest I've seen her since dad passed away. Housekeeping would be the only thing. I wish could be a little more consistent. Overall, we give Brookdale 10 STARS!

Looking for a place for my sister is probably one of the toughest things I've done. Brookdale made it an easier process than I expected. We were immediately greeted warmly. The tour was very informative and time was taken to answer questions. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and residents we chatted with expressed how much they liked living there. She was excited about moving there. I believe she will be happy.

The question I asked every employee as we toured Brookdale Dowlen Oaks was, "How long have you worked here?" Six years. 10 years. 15 years. They even have a wall with their employees and their length of their employment. This told us that the employees are treated right and thus will treat our parents the same. It's not just a job. We ended up moving our parents into the facility, in the memory care unit, and it's been a great experience thus far. I would highly recommend Brookdale Dowlen Oaks to anyone looking for any kind of assisted living.

I've gotten all the attention I wanted and needed! I can to activities if I want but am not forced to if I don't want to. I like that I got to bring my own staff and I have cable tv.

There is a genuine positive level of caring towards the residents. I even was able to start my own watercolor class. Staff is always ready and willing to help if needed.

Since moving in I have decided living here is better than being home. I got to bring [name removed] my dog and that means a lot to me. Everyone is super nice and I stay busy with all the activities.

This place is better than anywhere we looked. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my husband of 68 years as his health has gotten worse.They even take me to the hospital to see him and the nurse rest him often.

Move in was so easy and nice. Beautiful place. Liked they had hall ambassadors to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have lived at Brookdale for over two years and a half years. During that time we have enjoyed the building so much I have taken such good care of my wife even when she has severe health problems. There is always something fun going on. I just celebrated my 96th birthday and hope I have many more.

While we ended up choosing a different location for mom, the decision was based more on geography than other factors. Brookdale would’ve been our only other choice, as they demonstrated great care and attention to the residents. Take a tour to see the kind of high bar they set. Our tour was unscheduled, so we got a “real” taste of a typical day. They are doing great work at Brookdale!

I have been in and out of this community many times. The environment is always warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. Staff is friendly and professional. My clients who I see in the community. Always speak highly of the care they recieve on a daily basis. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for placement for a loved one.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place itself is beautiful and seems very relaxed. Talked with a few residents and they said they love it there. Hopefully my mom does too. They set up a lunch so you can see how the place runs.

My mother has been a resident since [date removed]. The day I moved her in she was uncertain and confused. But that quickly transitioned to comfortable and happy. She regularly remark to me how kind and nice the staff are. My mother told me she loves the food and rarely misses a meal.The staff runs frequent activities and specials events. I've been invited to attend some and was impressed with the planning and how much fun the residents had.

This community has been great as my care needs have gone up the staff has been great! I eat with other men and have great conversations no one hesitates to help me when I need it.

Everyone is kind and helpful. They really care about the residents. I also interviewed their facility in Tyler, Texas. I Found the same commitment at that facility as well. Very impressed. They find solutions for the residents. When I leave the facility I have peace of mind knowing they're taking great care to my mother.

[name removed] is very happy at Brookdale Sevierville They have an excellent staff caring for the residents. They offer several programs daily to keep everyone busy. They offer everything from beauty shop to shopping trips to meet everyone's needs.

My mom has lived at Brookdale for a couple of months and everything has been amazing! From the first tour, to moving in, to any questions/concerns after, everything has been so smooth and easy. They definitely give my family peace of mind!

Top notch facility with an outstanding Ex. director, health and wellness director and program director who is timely, compassionate service to all residents. Facility has been updated and is very well maintained. Best compliment I can offer my wife has been a resident for 8 years!

Choosing memory care for your wife if not easy, but from the moment we walked into the community, we knew it was home for my wife. It is a smaller community, and that makes a difference. Every resident is known. The team is kind, caring and attentive. Management is responsive and caring. The administrator is involved with the residents; the activities are just what my wife needed.
