Brookdale

All of the staff members working at the Brookdale Lodi facility have just been very helpful and courteous to my loved one and the family and they all seem to be doing their job properly, so I have no complaints.

Since moving to the Brookdale facility, my loved one is now exercising and participates in the activities. The place is phenomenal. I have zero complaints about the place. The staff is great and what I hear the food is great. I have nothing but praises for them.

All of the care-givers at the Brookdale Virginia Beach facility are just absolutely amazing and everyone there has been extremely professional and very friendly and helpful to my loved one and the family.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I really preferred the one story layout this community had to the high rise setup some locations use. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we're very pleased with how things turned out with Brookdale Avondale! The facility is clean and well kept, and they treat our loved one like family! The staff is kindhearted and caring, and they've been very accommodating regarding any questions or requests that we've had for them. I was also impressed by the amount of effort they put into their holiday decorations and activities! We did have a small maintenance issue during the move-in, but otherwise it's been a great experience!

They have done very well in caring for my loved one and getting her to participate in activities. The only concern i have is with the pricing, which is probably pretty high across the board. Overall though, we are satisfied with the care she is receiving.

Overall it has been a really great experience. They are an attentive and caring staff. They really do a great job and I think it is hard, but maybe just a little bit more individual attention for the residents there.

Sometimes my loved one's bathroom is a little dirty, but it is not too bad and the housekeeping services respond right away. Everyone at the Brookdale Torbett is very friendly and if I have something to say they address it right away.

I had to unexpectedly move family members from another state in a very short amount of time. The staff at Brookdale were vital in making the move not only happen, but happen seamlessly. The staff are caring, responsive, flexible and reliable. The onsite physical therapy and occupational therapy have been instrumental in my loved one's improved health and well-being. Any problems or concerns are immediately corrected or addressed. I have been very pleased with our decision to use Brookdale Union Park!

As a family, we have been very pleased with Brookdale Westover Hills. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The food is fantastic and is served to the guests. My mom doesn't have to negotiate a plate and a serving line. We love the small atmosphere and every staff member knows my mother. Activities are well planned and she is encouraged to attend everyday. Overall we love it and are very happy with our choice.

Things are going well. . .very much so. It was a very good suggestion and we are very pleased with Mom's care.

Things are going good at Brookdale. We don't have any complaints here. They are doing a great job.

They need to improve on communicating with me on things that are going on with my mother in law. The communication there is lacking.

I rated the facility all 5 stars. It is working out great for us. We really like the facility and we enjoy it.

Brookdale is a very nice facility. It is elegant with a homey atmosphere. It is almost like being at a nice Hotel. The staff is wonderful and I can't say enough about their kindness. There are lots of fun activities and the food is great.

I was looking for an assisted living facility appropriate for my 91 year old sister with memory loss. I was given tours of the different levels of care offered at Brookdale. The entire staff was very friendly, and the sales manager and her assistant were very warm, helpful and understanding. I had an extremely good feeling about everything I saw and was anxious to have my sister live in this community. Unfortunately my sister has had medical issues and been hospitalized and will not be able to live at Brookdale unless or until her overall health improves. I still maintain some hope that this may happen.

Great place. Overall we are happy we chose this location. We also like the location of the facility it is convenient for me and my family.
