Brookdale

I am happy with this community. I am happy with the food. They offer a good variety of activities for him to participate . The community is nice and very clean. I would recommend this community for others who are seeking good care for a loved one.

My mother is well here at this community. I'am satisfied with her move here, it's a good community. For the most part they do a good job with the cleanliness. They have a great staff here. There are activities available for her when she is ready to participate. She says most of the meals are good. I know she is safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

Beautiful community. Seems very upscale. Front desk person was a little put off we were therexpecting saying they did not have enough notice and no one to give tour. She did leave desk for quick tour. No way to get pricing. 9/24 Scheduled at 10 another tour

I have spent the better part of the last year researching places to move my mother, And Brookdale Greenwood Village was my absolute favorite! Over the past 3 months I have made numerous visits as we worked on a solution to my mom's needs, and every time Ann, the sales & marketing director greeted me with a smile and a welcome, and spent as much time as I needed on that day. Every staff member I met stopped and spoke with me, and the residents I saw seemed well cared for by the staff. After changing everything for us at least three times without batting an eye, my mother's condition worsened suddenly to the point that she needed a much higher level of dementia care, and so I made the decision to take her to another wonderful [Removed] site that is closer to my home. Had my mom not deteriorated so suddenly I would have been very happy to see her at Greenwood Village, and confident that her needs were being met at the highest level.

Everyone was great at Brookdale Shawnee! The staff were very resourceful and able to address all of my concerns. They showed great dedication to their residents. The community overall was nicely kept and maintained. The tour was very helpful in our search for a place for my mother.

The tour of Brookdale College Square went very well. The community was very nicely kept. I was very happy to see the dedication that they have with their residents. The staff that offered the tour were wonderful addressing all of my concerns.

My experience at Brookdale has been such a blessing to my uncle and myself. They have went to greatest extends to provide care and help for my uncle. My uncle's care has been the most important concern to them from day one, which isn't to other places that we have had to deal with through my uncle's journey with his assisted living and illness. There 1st concern is passionate care to there residents, which they have shown me so many times since my uncle became a resident here at Brookdale. My mind is at ease knowing my uncle is in the best of care that a family could one. I just want to say, Thank You Brookdale from the bottom of my heart for your concern's and the passionate care and love that you all have had for my uncle. When my uncle was in a skilled nursing facility, and found out that he was going to be getting discharged back to Brookdale a smile came upon his face that had not happen in a long time. So all that I can say is Thank God for Brookdale Assisted Living and there great staff here in Las Vegas, NV.

We didn't move into this community, but our experiences were very nice. We did not move into the community, because we needed a community with memory care. They do not provide that type of care. Everyone was very understanding when we told them we couldn't move here. They refunded us all our money and wished us the best with everything. The service's they provide are outstanding. The staff is lovely and very kind. Overall this is an outstanding community.

It has been a wonderful experience for my loved ones here at this community. They are being cared for well, they are pleased. It is a nice looking community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they are very caring and helpful. There many activities available for the residents. They are pleased with the meals, the food is good. I know they are safe and good hands here. This is a community that would get my recommendation.

The staff was very caring and helpful when we moved my mother into the memory care facility. They kept her occupied and distracted so she didn't even realize we left. She seems to enjoy the activity at Brookdale and even likes the food.

We had a good experience here at this community, but my mother in law did fall and broke her hip, and had to go to rehab. Brookdale informed us that if she returned she would need and 24 hour care giver. We did find a community for her and her needs. Our experiences here were pretty good. It is a good looking community, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful. There are nice activities offered. She was pleased with the meals. Overall it was a nice experience for us here, and I would recommend it.

We have been very impressed with the Brookdale communities in Houston, TX. The community Brookdale Champions is very nicely kept.The staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. They provided detailed information and are able to address all of our concerns.

Mom is doing fine since the move to Brookdale The Heights. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Karen the LPN has been very proactive with the care of mom. She is very nurturing and caring. I am satisfied with the care that they are providing so far. They offer a variety of good meal choices and have done well in helping adjust mom to the appropriate diet. The staff are proactive and address any issues that may arise.

My mother is currently in rehab, we aren't sure where she will be going once she is better. I don't know if she will need more care or not. Brookdale is a very good community. They have an excellent staff here. They do a good job with keeping the community neat and tidy, and very well maintained. There are nice activities available for the residents. She was satisfied with the meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend it.

My mom is not here yet but I have had help from this community already. They will be sending a nurse to pick my mom up and take her to her new home. They have been nothing but helpful through the process and I am glad to see this before moving in. A Place For Mom has been very wonderful and helpful. I appreciate the support through the transition.

During my tour i got to see some interaction between the staff and the residents during an activity that was going on. The residents looked happy and seemed to be enjoying the activity they were engaging in. I really liked that the whole community was well organized and cleaned. The guide provided me with meal information and all of their services offered. The tour guide was very informative and answered my questions.

I was able to meet with the director and they were very accommodating to me. It took a length of time to see the place and I was able to get a thorough explanation about everything. I saw good interaction with employees and residents.

The community at Brookdale Northwest Hills is very nice and priced accordingly. The community was great but the price caused us to choose a different community. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer our questions and concerns. Even the residents were very kind and welcoming.

My family and i got to take a tour of the community. My mother in law seemed to really like it. Everything looked very clean and the staff were very courteous with us. We were offered a complimentary meal that was really good. The tour guide showed us the rooms, the laundry services provided, and the dresser in the community. We were impressed with their great services.

This is a wonderful place to live. It is outstanding. The staff is excellent and always available to help us when we need anything. They offer alot of trips and activities to choose from each day to be active. We have recommended this community to many others. It is so very clean and a enjoyable to place to live.
