A Place For Mom - Was our first call and within mins ...I got the first call and about 8 emails From there the Staff at Brookdale (at Palma Sola )[Removed] and the entire staff are just amazing and the could not have better more loving and caring for our 93yr old love one! They made the paperwork and the moving in as easy as possible ! If you have a love one and your thinking of where ...stop by and meet the Staff at Brookdale at Palma Sola ... it only been a week and the entire staff is like family !!! [Removed]

This facility looks and feels like a home. The administrator that provided the tour was knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and the PT room was impressive. Interactions between staff and clients were positive. A client fell while I was visiting and the staff responded appropriately and quickly.

I toured Brookdale Carriage Club among a couple of others when searching for a place for my parents. The campus like setting is very welcoming. Units are being updated and are spacious and attractive. Staff and other residents were friendly. In the end this proved to be the best place for my parents and we're looking forward to their moving in shortly.

I am impressed by the sincere concern that the administrators and staff of the Brookdale Senior Community ave for the physical and emotional welfare of each one of the residents. Within the walls of Brookdale,, you have created a home in which people of age can find pleasure,companionship, and, most importantly, a reason to face each new day with hope and a smile. It's also a delight to witness the respect and courtesy with which all those who work at Brooksdale treat each other. Lastly any place that allows dogs entree cannot be bad. How old does my dog have to be to become a resident?

Totally impressed by the entire staff. My Dad was treated with the utmost respect and well taken care of . I highly recommend this facility!

Wow - this location is fantastic - the apartments have a full galley kitchen and little patios outside the ground floor units, there is a pond the size of a lake fully stocked with fish for the fishermen, the food, compared to other places was delicious - I ad eggplant parmesan and [Removed] had meat loaf, the veggie selections were good, as well as sandwiches and oh the desserts. The residents are even allowed to have small dogs - I rate this one far and above all others I have visited - [Removed] was very informative - the only problem I had was with the receptionist, who would not look at us when she spoke to us - very strange.

This has been a wonderful experience for my family member. He is happy here, the food is good, the people are nice and respectful, and it's quiet and quaint. He feels like he has a home at last!

Things are going so well since my mother in law moved into this community. The place is fantastic! She was against moving in at first, but now that she has settled in she loves it. Every time that she needs something there is someone there to help her. She feels secure and that is her favorite thing about the place. She tries to do activities, but for the ones she is not able to do, she still goes down just to interact with the ladies. She loves the outings when they drive them to places.

My sister-in-law was very resistant to downsizing and moving from home. When she first moved here she had some depression but she seems to be improving. She participates in an exercise group.Although, she is not as active as I thought she would be.I went to lunch with her a few weeks ago and her spirits seem to be lifting and she's acting like her old self. I've had a few meals here and the food is delicious. The community is beautiful and well maintain.

We toured this community when looking for my mother and it was great. The staff was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. The community was beautiful and well kept up. The problem was it was a little high and out of our price range. We decided another community but this is definitely a good option for those who can afford it.

I'am very pleased with my move to this community. Everything has worked out very well. This is a very nice looking community. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the community. They have lovely staff, they have been very friendly, and kind. They have plenty of activities available for the residents. I'am very pleased with the meals. It has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this community.

We visited Brookdale Niagara, the Enhanced Assisted Living and the Memory care community. We were unsure which would be most appropriate for our mom. Both are incredibly clean, friendly, warm and are beautifully decorated. We met with [Removed], the marketing director and she kindly showed us both places. The staff in each community welcomed us. Their was a mix and mingle event going on in the gallery. It was a great opportunity to see the residents and staff interacting and enjoying themselves. The music and laughter made me smile. What a lovely place. We believe we have the found the place for our mom.

When we toured the Brookdale we liked how friendly everyone was, and now that my grandparents have moved in they continue to be as friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and the food they serve is delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into this option.

Beautiful Memory Care Community. We loved visiting and feel it is the very best solution for our Mom. The staff was so welcoming and we had a tour with [Removed]. She put at us ease. We developed a plan for our Mom moving forward. We came to see the campus because of their sterling reputation and I am so glad we spent time here. This is the place mom will soon call home.

We toured this community for the care for my father's needs. The staff were very nice and were able to answer the questions on the care needed. The community was clean and nice with big windows for a view. They were not able to assist our needs, We would recommend this community depending on the needs of a family members needs.

I am happy with the care for the both of my parents. The community is very clean and the staff is very caring and attentive to their needs. They both seems to be happy with the meals that are provided. They do offer activities to them both. We would be happy to recommend this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

Finding out mom had progressed with her dementia and no longer able to live alone was a sad reality we ignored for awhile being afraid of what was to become moving her to brookdale hamilton was the best choice We looked at a few places prior yet this was the ideal it was home like friendly extremely clean the staff goes that extra mile and what other facility do you visit your mom with dementia where at 7pm the staff has them singing dancing and having a blast It was not only the best choice but a true blessing The nursing staff especially [Removed] have kept us informed of every change need or issue The maintence director is true gem he has made moms apartment to be safe clean and like home which helped with her adjusting well Another thing that stands out is we feel like a huge family I recently visited was greeted by the Asst Director [Removed] asking me how i was and my wife and son it makes you feel welcomed Im proud to be a part of brookdale hamilton family

We had a terrific experience with my Mom at Brookdale. The staff was happy and engaged and could not have been better to my Mom. The facility was clean, well maintained and organized.

The Brookdale has been a good fit for my mother. the place is very clean and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, they take good care of my mother. We are happy with the care she is receiving here.
