Brookdale

Mom is still adjusting to living at Brookdale. The staff have been wonderful, caring and are always happy. The director has been understanding and worked with us. The community is well maintained. The food is good and they encourage her to participate in some of the daily activities. The community is reasonably priced and I would live there.

It was good tour at the community. The staff were knowledgeable with all my questions. The biggest downfall was the room. The studio was way to small and they didn't have a one bedroom available.

Everything is great for my parents. They are acclimating just well. The community is finishing up with remodeling. It looks nice and it is more updated. I hear good things about meals and activities from what my parents tell me. I am satisfied with what they community provides.

When I arrived to tour the Brookdale Vista Sparks, there was someone ready to take me on a tour. They were able to answer any questions and take me around the building. It was a good experience.

I would recommend the Brookdale South Bay because it was the best one from all of the ones that we toured. It was more alive and there was a lot more residents out and about. There was not just planned activities, but also just residents interactive and there was more vitality. We liked it because there was a lot of residents and more opportunities for my loved one to find friends that he was compatible with.

I am happy with the care here at this community for my mom. The meals are outstanding and she likes the nice variety. I like the nice activities for her to participate. I like that she is ale to get out from the community and take small trips. We would recommend this community to other families for great care with a good value. We like that is it closer for us to visit more ofter.

I toured this community and the staff was great on answering the questions we had for the care that is given. The community I found to be clean and I enjoyed this community. Families should tour for the care of a loved one.I wanted a community closer to my home so I could visit more often, but this community is nice. I would recommend other families to this community.

Wonderful retirement living space. [Removed] did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and making sure that we had we well informed about the services and amenities. The apartment was bright, clean and well layed out. The activities were plentiful, including a pool. We really liked Brookdale South, however it is a little pricey for us.

I love this community. I am happy with the cleanliness. It is a positive atmosphere. The other residents are so nice and friendly. This was a good decision for me to move into the community. They have a lot of nice activities for me to stay actives. I highly recommend other families to this community for a great place to live with a great value

Mine was a very enjoyable time in assisted care. I stayed only a week, but was very happy with the experience. I could not keep up with all the provided opportunities. The ones I attended were very good. The food was great. The choices were attractive. All was tasty and healthy. I found all the staff and other people to be very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend the Brookdale Bossier City because it has been a good experience for my loved one. They check on him very often and they give him good choices in meals to chose from as well as take it up to his room. The facility is very clean and they clean his room every Friday. It's going very well.

We are glad that were able to find a nice community in colorado for the care that is being received from the nice staff who are so very caring. The meals have been appealing. They are offering her activities for her to participate. The community is very clean and we would recommend others to this community. It makes us happy to know that she has family close by for her.

I toured this community and love it here. The reason I did not choose Brookdale Novi is the room they had available for my loved one was in the back of the property and things would not have been as accessible to her.

I toured this community for the care of my father. I liked the community and cleanliness. The staff was nice and caring. They have a chef that makes what the resident want for any meal time. They had a nice variety of activities. We would of liked this community, but it was more than what we could afford. Highly recommend in every area.

[Removed] sister LOVED Monument Valley, and is trying to persuade the other siblings that this is the place for Evelyn. The staff were friendly, and the memory care unit was cozy and friendly.

OK - we visited Heritage yesterday for lunch and a tour. [Removed], our representative, did a great job. So far, this is the best we've seen for meeting Mom's requirements. However, we do not want to rush into anything. It's a huge change for Mom and she must be happy with the choice.

I looked at this community when searching for my loved one. It was a nice community.Although they offered a memory care unit I felt because the amount of residents with those needs were smaller that the staff would be spread thinner and there wouldn't as many activities available. Brookdale Parkplace was significantly more expensive than other communities we looked at as well.I would recommend them to those who are looking into assisted living.

I am delighted with the Brookdale Sparks. My mother is doing well since her move. She has some good days and some not so good due to her dementia, but they keep her busy with a large variety of activities. The meals are great. I eat there a few times a week and I have not had anything that I did not care for. They also allow you to choose larger or smaller portions, depending on your appetite. The apartment that she is in is a good space for her, with a lot of natural lighting. The staff is probably the best aspect of the place, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Same for the other residents.

Overall, the Brookdale did a very good job taking care of my father before he passed away. There were some hiccups with the billing, but they were able to get it straightened out. I was happy that they were always in contact with me and updating me on how my father was doing.
