Staff is very sweet and take really good care of my dad. I would recommend to others. The facility is very nice and the food is good.

Small, friendly, knowledgeable. Would feel comfortable having a loved one cared for at this facility.

The building is older , but is clean with great people . We had lunch and the food was delicious. Very lovely community and my granddad loves it here The building is doing some outdoor renovations . Grounds are full of trees , great walking paths

All aspects of the experience were very good. The staff, dining, activities, cleanliness, and the room/apartment were all very good, making for a positive overall experience. I would recommend the community to others.

They provide excellent service all around. Everyone I have met so far is friendly, and very caring. Their assessment of [name removed] was spot on and she is getting excellent care. Highly recommend! There are many assisted living options locally and Brookdale has the best value overall.

No one wants to admit when they need to move into a place that can provide extra care and assistance. Children of parents are reluctant to push their parents into a safer living situation. The caring and empathetic staff, at all levels, here at Brookdale Senior Living in Lakeway TX, have worked overtime to make our parents feel loved, cared for, and safe. They enjoy their meals in a restaurant style setting, and have many opportunities for extra activities and special parties! It is wonderful that there is such a comprehensive level of care that will allow our parents to live their ‘Best Day’ possible, every day.

My mom says the food at Brookdale is really good! And the staff are all very nice. She is very pleased with her room and likes living there.

This facility is very nice, they have a lot of activities for residents and do field trips frequently. The grounds are well kept. The food is good. Nice-sized rooms. The staff is very caring. My mother really likes living there and expresses gratitude every time i see her.

The staff was great. From management to the cleaning crew. Management even went the extra mile and visited my Uncle when he went into the hospital.

Stayed with my family through communication until we found a place and they have frequently checked with us to make sure we are completely satisfied with our choice. From the first day I called to get help for mom, the process was made so easy because the homes we were given to checkout had already been screened for their excellence and all the work with helping make an appointment with the selected home was assisted by a place for mom.

It is clean, with no smells of urine. Staff is friendly. My only "complaint" is that it a little more expensive than other places. With that being said you do tend to get what you pay for. They have water, and lemonade, or something similar available by the nurses station every day and they are offered a morning and afternoon snack.

I am a crafty person. There are plenty of things to do here. I loved the activity department and so did my husband when I worked there.

My mom lived alone for years and recently we felt like she wasn’t enjoying life very much. I looked at several different places and decided on Brookdale. I’m so glad I did! She now has best friends she does things with every day! And she loves the food

I recently toured Brookdale Coeur d'alene looking for placement for my brother. I felt welcomed and was given an extensive tour and all my questions answered about care plans and made me feel at ease. I truly am very confident in this choice for a home for my brother!

I'd like to thank the staff and management of Brookdale for facilitating a special lunch for a group of guys that have spent a lot of time together riding motorcycles. One of those guys is a resident of Brookdale and observing their attentiveness to the residents gives us confidence that he is definitely in the right place for his care. Once again, thank you. Brookdale Monroe Square is so warm and welcoming, with cheerful and capable caregivers and staff. I’m enjoying my meals and especially my showers - something I’ve not been able to do for myself for a long time. My room is bright and airy with plenty of space for my belongings. I can relax here and feel so safe! Thank you to all the people who work so hard to make this a happy experience.
