I had a pleasant experience visiting a resident here. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the environment felt clean, calm, and caring. It was comforting to see the residents treated with patience and respect. Thank you for making visits feel warm and meaningful.

Toured for my mother and I've never felt more welcomed then I did at Brookdale, all staff made this feel like home.

My mother is in memory care and has recently declined quite rapidly. The staff goes above and beyond to keep her dignity and spirits in tact. On Saturday I had the pleasure of seeing one of the Aides helping a resident back to his room and he said something about dancing with his wife. This precious young lady “danced” with him right in the middle of the hall. The smile on his face was priceless and I could barely hold back the tears. Everyone should be blessed enough to be cared for like that.

I love my community and give them a 10 star review for all of the devices and amenities that they provide. I love the food , transportation, and all of the activities. I am giving them a 10 Out of 10

As soon as you walk in the staff greet you with a warm and friendly welcome! It is cozy and home-like. Other places we toured felt stiff, cold, and like an institution but Brookdale felt like home. By the end of the tour it felt like we were family!

Everyone on staff was so helpful and friendly to me and my parents! We were very impressed with the knowledge that the staff has with regards to the care of their residents. They made me and my Mom and Dad feel very welcomed and at ease. I would recommend everyone that needs to find a place for their loved ones to please give Brookdale a try. They are very professional but also make you feel like your family.

My Aunt is currently in need of a Memory Care community, so I decided to set up tours in Hattiesburg and Madison being that we have family in both places. I really enjoyed touring with [Name Removed]. She was very personable with us and made us feel at home. My family and I are still trying to decide, but If it were just me making the decision, I would definitelychoose this community!

I recently visited an old friend in Brookdale's Memory Care and it was absolutely beautiful. The residents looked well kept and happy. At the time I was visiting, they were playing the Price is Right on what's called the 'In- Touch' system. I joined in and loved every minute of it! I will be going back to visit soon and maybe volunteer to assist with the games during activity.

Entrance is wooded and absolutely beautiful! I was created by 3 red birds which made my heart happy. Staff was engaged and residents were happy. Enjoyed my visit! Five star

There is wonderful understanding, empathy, and knowledge during such an overwhelming time. The support for whatever is needed provided to me was greatly appreciated. There is so much to know in such a short time and having to make critical decisions.

We toured for our parents- this community is an absolute treasure. The staff and management were all so friendly and inviting- eager to answer any and all questions. This place is adorable and seems so family oriented!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place we had a lunch the lunch was fantastic the food was great the two people that we discussed my friend's problem with couldn't have been nicer it was just a wonderful experience I highly recommend Brookdale Urbana

My mom has been living at Brookdale for about a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It was a difficult decision for me to put my mom into assisted living but since it’s just us, I badly needed some help. She has Alzheimer’s and everyone there has been so patient with her as she gets adjusted to her new living conditions. Everyone who works there is an angel sent from heaven. They are so nice, accommodating, and really make you feel like you and your loved ones are important. From the kitchen staff to nurses to office staff, they have all helped me verify that I made the right decision in picking Brookdale for my mom. They go out of their way to make her feel welcome and have paid attention to her interests. My mom absolutely raves about the food, which is amazing because I was worried she would not want to eat in a dining room after years of being alone, cooking her own food and being incredibly picky. I toured 3 other places before picking Brookdale. I liked one of those 3 places, but the other 2 I did not. Pay attention to how the staff interact with the people who are living there and if the residents seem happy because that will really tell you all you need to know. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone and everyone I know. I cannot thank them enough.

Very clean environment, nurses professional and attentive, staff friendly, food good, lots of daily activities.

It has kind of a cruise ship vibe. I would recommend and I also mention that I used Place for Mom, and got several very good choices.

The staff is great - everybody knows your name, residents all say hello, much food choices, and there is something always going on.
