Brookdale

I currently live at Brookdale Club Hill. Housekeeping just left my unit, they did an excellent job. Everyone has a smile and friendly greeting for you here at Brookdale Club Hill. The meals are tasty, but a little high in carbohydrates. The lawn is clean, neat, and freshly mowed. I would recommend this facility to others at this time.

We picked this community, because it was a very clean apperance,and close to my house. I recommend it highly to other families.It's like a nice apartment. They are very quick and professional to responding to any issues that arise.

My Dad has been a part of the Brookdale Assisted Living community for over a year. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. The interior courtyard is a wonderful place to be outside safely. The meals are nutritious and allow for choices. My Dad loves the food!! But the most important aspect is the staff. They are attentive, always professional and always willing to help where needed. As family we checked other locations in this area, this was the best to meet all the needs and to be one part of the community.

The tour we had with Brookdale Bossier City was great! I thought all of the staff we interacted with were wonderful. My loved one was not impressed with the facility itself..she thought it was dated. She was leaving a home that she had lived in since 1960. It just didn't feel like her home away from home.

We really like the fact that this facility is small with only 42 rooms. We have confidence that my father is in good hands. We would highly recommend Brookdale at Browns Creek! The staff have been very attentive to Dad and he says he is enjoying his new home.

They try to help residents have positive experiences based on need and abilities. I would offer qualifications about this specific location. It was not the nicest one we saw but it was this one that had three floors so my sister could feel safe. I would recommend to others.

Very helpful and welcoming community from what we could tell from my dads short life there. The staff worked with us on my dad's rapidly changing conditions and adjusted rates and terms along with changes, which we were thankful for.

Brookdale Troy is one of the best places you can find for your love ones in need of memory care. They are responsive to needs and keep the family updated.

The reason we gave the care services a 4 due to the part to her being in wrong type of care. My sister was placed in independent living which does not have adequate staff to handle a dementia diagnosed. A better fit would have been memory care where she was moved to today. We had all hoped she could function well in independent living, but that was not the case. Going in we knew it was higher than others, but its atmosphere and friendliness of staff made us choose Brookdale over others.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Augusta and overall we had a great tour experience based on everything we saw within the community and the staff we met with

I would rank all categories as 5. And if I could give an even higher score to the activities available, I would! The activity directors do an AMAZING job of providing a wealth of activities for everyone. We would highly recommend Brookdale Urbana to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would give each category except activities a 5. Activities I'm going to say 4 only because my mom really doesn't participate in anything. That is mostly her, but I do wish they would push her more to get involved. The staff has been really helpful to me and welcoming. The main reasons we chose this facility initially was because it was clean, the staff were all really friendly and the location is very convenient to my house.

My 95 yr old Mom has been at Brookdale Piqua for three years. We have nothing but good things to say about the care she gets. The administration is accessible and responsive, the caregivers are kind and hard working, and the nursing staff is the best. We chose brookdale mainly because they would accommodate her health needs and diet, (unlike other assisted living communities in the area,) and we’ve never regretted it.

They are friendly and helpful. The community provides good communications. The staff were very informative about what is offered. However, I would have liked to have had more information about what personal services are added as that affect the final monthly payment. I am not usually there at meal time. I do hope they monitor what they eat. The one meal I was present at did seem like there were optional choices and the food was very good.

We have toured/spent time at Brookdale Chatfield and plan to move my mother into this facility very soon. The staff and the residents have all been welcoming and helpful! It seems like people are happy living here and that they're actively engaged in their community.

Everyone has been very helpful and supportive. The food has also been great. [Name removed] has been very happy overall. There was a little mishap the other day, but it has been addressed. [Name removed] has been happy with the move.

We picked this community, because it was a smaller memory care facility. They have alot of activities to keep residents busy. They interact well. Go to Brookdale Asheboro first.

We picked this community, because of the value, atmosphere and location. I would recommend. Only negative comment would be first floor laundry facilities. It fits the needs of my loved ones. Adjustment hasn't been terrible, but they were willing participants.

My husband and I are really enjoying living here at Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg. What we really like the most about the community is how the food is prepared, it is prepared by a certified chef. Also the grounds that surround the community are very lovely.

We picked this community, because it was a small more intimate setting with only 26 residents. It was mid-way between siblings, they allow dogs to visit and would accept a small dog for an extra monthly charge although we have not taken advantage of that, we were impressed by the facility, and staff on visiting.
