Our experience with the Brookdale Beavercreek community has been excellent. We are very happy with the care [name removed] gets ! The staff is caring and supportive! The food is delicious! [name removed] call it my new family! The times he has come home for a visit he asked to be taken back to his room that is more comfortable!

5 stars for all!!! I love Brookdale Pinehurst, they take great care of my mom and I would recommend it to anyone... but only the one in North Carolina

Cost went up abruptly 15%, but they worked with me to adjust down some. Overall it has been a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our mother's needs. They assisted greatly with the passing of our father. Very compassionate and experienced in dealing with the death of a loved one.

I absolutely love the employees and their interactions with the residents. I would highly recommend Brookdale Pensacola. Once the food situation is solved, they should have a 10 in every category.

The only real negative we have is the cost, it is about 15% to 20% too expensive. However based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Lexington, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones. They take great care of my dad. They help him with his daily needs. They take them on field trips. Interact with the patients. They are caring and very patient.

We are so pleased with Brookdale Southpointe The staff are loving and caring. My Mom is very happy there. I love the staff!! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the Brookdale Southpointe community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

WE toured with Brookdale Madison West and They were very friendly. However, the room that they had available that we would have gotten was much smaller for about the same price as another facility with a larger room.

Everything has been great. The facility is well maintained, all of the staff, regardless of position has been wonderful. No complaints from this family! Every staff member has my mothers well being at heart, we as a family all agree.

It was a all around good experience. The tour experience, was good. They had a room available for a trial period. That was good. We didn't go that route. I would tell a friend, to put their loved one there.

The staff in every dept treated our mother with respect kindness and caring even when she went into hospice They all went above and beyond in her stay at Brookdale Brighton We as a family will always be grafeful

Brookdale is a great place for seniors to live. My family looked at several places before deciding that Brookdale was the best option for my dad. We knew he would like the spacious rooms and the great view of the Rogue Valley. Also there’s a nice dining room area for everyone to get together and socialize. Most importantly though, is how friendly caring and understanding the staff is. They’re always nice to me and my family. this review is in response to the next review. Brookdale and their staff do not deserve the harsh review from my dad‘s friend [name removed]. It’s an overreaction to the restrictions that were placed on her.

I think it's been great! My loved one has stated that he likes it and that he's in the right place. We picked this community, because of the price, enthusiastic staff, larger room size, and it was a less feel of a 'nursing home' than others. Other places we visited had a lot more people in wheelchairs and didn't seem to be very communicative. Remington had groups of residents sitting in the front room talking and others walking the halls. I wish the security was better. There should be more communication with residents about incidents.

My loved one is a resident at Brookdale Overland Park and overall everything about her experience has been very good so far. The food is good, sometimes they get the pick up orders wrong. Overall, everyone at this facility has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The main reasons we chose Brookdale Medical Center Kingsley was because of the age and upkeep of facility, and while my father has not yet progressed to memory care, I felt like they had a comprehensive memory care program should we get to that stage so I can keep him in the same facility. Staff has all been great. There has not been a lot of caretaker turnover which is helpful in establishing a relationship/rapport and care. They take the time to listen to my father to male sure they understand his needs and provide consistent service. I always feel welcomed and get regular updates so I feel we have established joint responsibility in the care of my Dad. Only negative comment my father has voiced is bland food but he is more accustomed to lots of spice. On that note, the kitchen manager does call monthly to check on how things are.

So far Brookdale Vero Beach has been a great fit for my dad. Anytime I come to visit, he has been in good spirits and is well taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

5 stars across the board. The staff is compassionate and caring. Very thorough. The facility is wonderful and always immaculate. Room space is very roomy. They also encourage the residents to make their room comfortable and have a touch of home. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Reidsville to others looking.

Our experience with Brookdale Murrysville has been great. They are fully staffed with quality people who care. I have no experience with the food or activities provided. But the room sizes for memory care are good. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Murrysville to others looking for memory care.

My grandmother was at Brookdale Dr. Phillips for several years. She was treated so well by the staff at Brookdale and loved to tell me about all the fun activities that she would participate in. Whenever I would visit, I got to interact with the staff and they were all very helpful in answering my questions. They really seemed to care about my grandmother. I highly recommend Brookdale for your loved ones, they will be in good hands.
