Brookdale

[Name removed] has been very helpful and my husband's caretakers have always been capable and helpful when needed. I have had a few complaints and they were handled quickly and resolved without a fuss and LISTENED to the issues.

I moved my dad from Tennessee to Texas with an Alzheimer’s diagnosis. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place came highly recommended from two of my friends, whose grandparents lived out the last of their years here. The staff has been absolutely amazing and my dad is so happy here. He only has a one bedroom apartment, but it’s plenty of room for him. He absolutely loves the food and loves all of the on-site amenities. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and this fabulist. I highly recommend it for anyone who is able to afford private care.

Caring for elderly people is very difficult emotionally and physically. They helped us make the hard decision with our mom. The transition was smooth and as they gotten to know her, they have given her dignity and shown her kindness.

We picked this community, because of the transparency in pricing, attitude of the staff, services offered, community size, Unit layout. Brookdale was very upfront about their pricing, there was no bait and switch that we experienced with the other places we considered.

We toured Brookdale Franklin during our search for a facility for my wife and I. This facility seemed great! The friendliness and cleanliness were great. The overall atmosphere was great. Really nice place!

My husband has been a resident at Brookdale Watauga for almost 5 years. He has declined significantly during this time. We, his family, have been very pleased with the care, the caring, and the facility during most of this time. During the Big Freeze a couple of years ago, the pipes burst, and there was no power for a while, but the staff handled the crisis very well, and the residents were well cared for. Likewise, during COVID, they were able to keep the virus at bay for many months, and only had to quarantine for a short time. And, again, the staff worked very hard to make sure the needs of the residents were met in a caring way. Now that almost normal is back, Brookdale Watauga continues to provide loving, helpful care and personal assistance as needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this facility to families who are looking for a smaller, friendly place for their loved one.

I come to Brookdale Weatherford once a month to sing for the residents. It always feels like home here, and the residents are so sweet and friendly. The staff is quick to make accommodations for every resident, and truly makes sure that they're satisfied. It always smells so nice in here and there are always activities and fun for every resident, no matter their accessibility. The staff is nice and truly care about these residents. Everyone at this facility puts their hearts into their work and it definitely shows. I've been to other facilities that don't exactly radiate friendliness or cleanliness, and this facility has them all beat! It's also a smaller facility, so it's easier for the residents to get around without confusion.

Brookdale Weatherford is one of the cleanest facilities that I have ever been to. Upon walking into the building, there is a pleasant smell, and it always smells fresh and clean. When ringing the doorbell at the front door, there is always someone to great you over the intercom or in person. The staff is friendly and help residents and family members with any questions or concerns. There are activities and entertainment for residents of any age, and they truly enjoy engaging in these activities. There is a beautiful, enclosed courtyard that really "makes" the community. There are many types of plants and flowers, as well as turtles and fish for the residents to enjoy! Overall, this facility is the nicest facility that I've been to, and it's a smaller, tight knit community that holds many friendships between staff and residents.

After touring several communities in Tustin, Orange and Irvine, my mom felt most at home with Brookdale Irvine. As a resident, my mom finds the community well kept, with a comfortably sized private room, good food, no chores to worry about, and plenty social access. Brookdale staff is very supportive about her personalized care, well in tune with her activity and sentiment. Located near UCI, a beautiful and safe area. Near to Mason Park and a shopping center across the street.

And The Hearth at Castle Gardens as a 5. And if it is possible I would rate them a 10. A Place For Mom got me in contact with several local assisted living facilities and we immediately loved The Hearth at Castle Gardens. As our Mom was not quite ready to commit to the move for the first year and a half. Both A Place For Mom and The Hearth at Castle Gardens kept in contact with me the entire time, always answering any questions I had. [name removed] at Castle Gardens went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in assisting in finding the perfect placement for Our Mom, and is truly a huge asset. This place is amazing. It is spotlessly clean the staff are so friendly and accommodating. In a short time we feel like friends. The quality of care she is getting from the nursing staff is great and [name removed] is fantastic about letting us know any concerns or questions she has on Mom. My mother has truly not been this happy since before my Dad passed. She is never in her room because she spends all day at the many activities they have daily. Every time we visit she says "I love it here, I'm really having a good time". And she is eating better than she has since she lost my father. She says the food is really good. The other residents are so friendly to her and she truly feels like part of a community. The Hearth at Castle Gardens is truly the nicest and most affordable (by a few thousand dollars) over the other local places we looked at. I know this review may seem to good to be true but it is our truth and we can't thank all involved enough with helping her and us get to this point

My mother is currently a resident at Brookdale Ormond Beach and most everything at this facility has been great so far. The care services, activities and value for cost are great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always available. Both the facility and the resident's rooms are kept very clean. The meals are good and nutritional. I would highly recommend Brookdale Ormond Beach to others. My mother liked it immediately!

I visited this community for my dad who needs help with his ADLs. The community was clean and the staff was friendly and assisting other residents. The residents all appeared to be clean and happy. I met their nurse, maintenance man and the Executive Director. I was very impressed with the feel of the community. It's small community with the home like feeling. I believe my dad would be very happy here.

It's been fantastic and literally like getting a new extended family. We picked this community because of the level of care needed, from the leader in the industry.

I've seen a lot of facilities. Brookdale surpassed all of them so far ahead that I have no idea who might have been in second place you couldn't see them. Think carefully about what is ahead for your family member. Brookdale does cost more no doubt about it. But is it worth it oh my goodness you could never ask for a better place.

The staff is wonderful and caring to the residents. The nursing care they receive is great. They celebrate successes of the milestones of residents (being released from hospice, being in rehab units).

What we like the most about the Brookdale Northwest Greensboro community is all the personal attention and care the staff members gave our loved one. Based on the experience with the community, we would recommend them to other families.

What we like the most about the Brookdale Bradenton Gardens is how homey it feels and the staff members that are working there are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

When I first visited Brookdale Alzheimer’s and Memory Care, [name removed] in Sales kindness, empathy and understanding of what I needed for my dad. It took me a while afterwards to realize I had just spoke with someone from sales. She is part of a family there and you really get that feeling with the staff there. My dad thrived there, was checked on and cared for hourly, always clean & his room clean as well (for years we struggled to care for his needs). My dad is still there. Sadly, he went to the hospital and his heart is failing him. I was told I needed to get him hospice services. Immediately, when given choices between a hospice house, hospital, and so on, we thought about asking if he could stay at Brookdale Memory Care. They could accommodate him and a hospice team! He is constantly cared for: shaved, bathed, changed and looked after. The caregivers know him well. I truly never saw a Memory Care as good as this one in my month+ search in

What a beautiful building and wonderful staff. When I come to visit my grandmother, she is always with her friends participating in activities which brings joy to my heart to see her so happy and living her best life at the Brookdale Mtn Vernon Community. I truly appreciate Brookdale Mtn Vernon for everything they do for my grandmother and the care she is receiving. My grandmother has a beautiful view of the patio garden and the staff is always there for any needs that are needed. I would highly recommend you to move your family member into this community.
