It's a very nice facility. Mom is happy there and is receiving excellent care. They came highly recommended to us!

The staff at Brookdale North is wonderful. They have been so caring and kind on my Dad’s first week here. The staff has been so welcoming to my Dad and his children. He loves the staff, the food and his nice room. I highly recommend this facility! I feel so at ease with him staying here.

The staff was great. Everyone knew [name removed] and her story as well as our family. They were attuned to her needs. There was daily activities as well as outings. As [name removed] illness progressed they were supportive to all our needs. The building was in need of updating and that was starting to happen . Brookdale definitely gave [name removed] a better quality of life and we are grateful

What I like the most about the Brookdale Overland Park community is the friendliness of the staff, the meals and all the activities.

Brookdale Las Vegas was a great experience for our family, sadly our loved one passed away last year. Brookdale was very good to my dad, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a good place with good people.

The staff at Brookdale North Raleigh are a happy staff, always enjoying their job. The staff makes every effort to learn your first name make you feel as comfortable and as a member of the family as they can to help them along. [Name removed], the man who owns Brookdale, started out in the kitchen many years ago. All of the staff from the cleaning to program to the front desk and the driver for the bus are so friendly. The residents included, they make sure that you enjoy being you and are feeling welcome here in the community.

Staff is friendly, patient, caring and are always flexible and available to answer questions. They treat family members who live in memory care with patience, respect, and concern.

Brookdale High Point North Memory Care is a facility I highly recommend to my families. The team there is committed to providing attentive care and enriching the lives of their residents. The facility is always clean, and the residents are well groomed and dressed first thing each morning for a day of activities and stimulation. This is also the facility my family chose to place our grandmother in. Please consider this home for your loved one.

[name removed] had just started as the nurse in charge of care. She responded quickly and did my Dads assessment in a timely manner. She also is very understanding. [name removed] (director?) was honest and open re: price and level of care they can provide. She also has a great sense of humor. I felt like she cares about the residents. What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Gallatin community is that our loved one is being very well taken care of and is happy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

This place is very well kept, I see all the staff hands on 24/7 interacting and caring for their residents, meals are beautiful plated, care is exceptional, housekeeping and laundry are done on the clock and activities are engaging to their needs.

Toured for family member who we believed needed assisted living care. Unfortunately my family member needed skilled nursing. If my family member was able to be in a community, this would be the one! Everyone was so friendly and spoke to us during the tour. Community looked and smelled fresh. Highly highly recommend.

My husband has been a resident since January 2024. I have been very pleased with the response of the “team” in regards to all aspects of my husband’s care. The nurses, aides and general staff are all caring and compassionate. As this is a smaller residential facility that deals with only Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients the staff gets to know each resident individually and creates a care plan best suited for his/her individual needs. My husband benefits greatly from the interaction with the staff and the daily activities that are planned by the very capable Activities Director and team. The head of food services and staff have also worked closely with my husband to create accommodations and modifications needed to allow him to have a pleasant dining experience. I have also been welcomed into the community and have begun to create connections that support me as a caregiver. My husband and I spend quality time together now due to the help of everyone at Brookdale Hamilton.

Welcomed every day with happy faces! The meals are individualized and appealing. My husband is adjusted and content. Sales manager is professional and involved. There are always fun activities planned. This spring there are beautiful flowers to welcome us before we get in the door!

I love it. My mom loves it. She is very happy there and I'm very happy. She's there and they take care of her and the place is very clean.All of my family has already noticed an immediate and visible difference in my mother's health and her mental clarity.

The facility and staff overall have been very accommodating. I think the sizes of the apartments are fine and the amenities suit the needs of the residents. We are very appreciative of your organization because if not for A Place For Mom we would not have known about Brookdale Carriage Club.

This community is the hidden gem of Orange County. They have a very attentive staff and management team that genuinely listens and cares to what there residents and families have to say even if it is a critique.

The care is top notch at Brookdale Summer Ridge. The team from the Executive Director and down are all kind, professional and attentive. I love how they all seem to get along like family. My loved one has been cared for like a member of their own family. The building smells nice and the courtyard is gorgeous. I love the landscaping and ease of which my family can get to all of the numerous engaging activities. The food is outstanding. The chef really listens to the residents. Five stars all around!

Wanting a safe and dedicated space for Mom as she drifts in and out of daily life. Such a painful and difficult decision for us to make but at Brookdale-Troutdale we found ourselves surrounded by kindness, competence, professionalism, and compassion as we navigated this new world of memory care. We are grateful for the transparency and open, honest conversations we could have with the director as we processed, compared, and analyzed data and input from a variety of sources. Brookdale-Troutdale staff did their utmost to provide answers, offer time and space for reflection, and always responded with efficiency and confidence. Mom is getting settled in at Brookdale-Troutdale and we feel reassured that we've selected the best memory care available in East Multnomah county.
