When we chose Brookdale Farmers Branch for my mom, we were hoping to find a place where she would be well-cared for and happy. The staff are professional and compassionate. They go above and beyond to ensure my mom is comfortable and cared for. Communication with the facility has been excellent. The staff is always available to answer any questions. My mom says the staff is her family. She is happy and well taken care of. I can confidently say that we made the right choice.

Recently my father moved into Brookdale Oak Park, my family had an event in the Private Dining Room. On behalf of my father, and our extended family, we had a wonderful experience in the Private Dining Room on[date removed], the night before Thanksgiving. The food was delicious and plentiful, the room was set up beautifully and the service was great! Thank you for kicking off our Thanksgiving weekend in such a classy way!

Putting my mom in Assisted Living was a difficult decision but after talking to the sales person on the phone, a weight was lifted. Making Brookdale Kingsport home for my mom was the best choice we could have made. My mom loves Brookdale, she enjoys playing Bingo, doing crafts, she has a place to walk, she gets 3 meals a day, outside entertainment comes to sing, she especially likes the gospel singing. This year was her first Christmas there & the employees went above & beyond to make the residents & their families feel special. The employees go that extra mile to help the residents & their families. I would highly recommend Brookdale Kingsport.
