Brookdale

They are very good there my dad made friends. The staff is very friendly and nice I have no complaints. They give you a menu for all 3 meals so you can choose. His room is very clean and so far he hasn't lost any clothes. He had. Been there since January.

When we first toured Brookdale-for family member, we were MOST impressed with the facility and STAFF for what was needed. And they have continued to provide ALL facets of assistance...as it was explained, from minimal to maximum assistance.... The efficiency apartment is very large and roomy. Having light room cleaning and laundry is a plus.The Restaurant has nice size portion of meals--snacks available. I see entertainment for either on premises or off is continual and nice variety for those who wish to participate. More comforting is the fact that Transport can be available to go to WalMart/Kroger/Dollar General,so one does not have to "drive". I am happy BROOKDALE can provide such excellent care! THANK YOU!!!

My experience at Brookdale has been very good. The staff is very caring. I enjoy the activities There is always something to do. I've made a lot of good friends. They also have excellent transportation.

We have no complaints about Brookdale. The staff and residents were friendly, the meals were delicious. I wish Dad had agreed to move in sooner

We liked the facility and [name removed]. There were impressed with all the special touches they offered to keep Mom engaged throughout the day. It felt more like a smaller community where people interacted well.

I found this facility to be my favorite and first choice for my sister-in-law to transfer to live. [name removed] and the rest of the Brookdale nursing staff were awesome in assisting me to help answer my questions and For full evaluation. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law did not qualify for assisted living status, as her physical assessment by both OT and PT revealed she has skilled care nursing needs, requiring 24 hr care. I am so disappointed that she cannot stay at this facility, because I just felt like this was home for her. The facility is so cozy and it gives the feeling of small town and family. Thank-you.

[name removed] was very friendly and was very good in telling us all about Brookdale living center. We enjoyed the tour as we walked around in the complex. We thought highly of it as this might be a possible choice for our independent living home in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I helped my sister move to Brookdale during the summer of 2026. She has received all requested assistance from their staff. Multiple activities such as bingo occur each day. The meals are delicious. Food options are offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resident living areas are continually cleaned by Brookdale staff to keep all rooms clean and inviting.

I can tell you about my very brief experience with Brookdale Shawnee. The staff person who I and my aunt and uncle spoke with initially and who gave us a tour was very kind, informative, and helpful. That has been my only interaction with the facility except for [name removed] who met with my great aunt (your tenant) while she was in skilled nursing. He was excellent and so good with her. I was very pleased with that much of the staff and of what all I saw of the facility.

Very nice facility. I really liked talking with [name removed] I was concerned about the double room that was available. The Sweet lady that would be my mom’s potential room mate was obviously a hoarder. [name removed] said they would be having her clean the area that would be my mom’s side of the room. Hoarding is a mental illness and cleaning up won’t fix that situation. So she may have another room my mom could be in. She will send me pics soon.

I thought the staff were most welcoming and the residents looked well cared for. Clean clothing and attention to grooming appeared excellent. All the residents rooms were a decent size and very clean. This facility has a lovely small home feel to it with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Lots of activities listed for different interest and capabilities. When the time comes it will be high on my list for my husbands placement.

Wonderful staff. Nice facility. Clean and the residents are very happy. I would be happy to place my loved ones here.

The housekeeping team is excellent. Transportation and all the drivers are wonderful. I enjoy my experience in the dining room and really think the servers do an excellent job. The beauty shop does a great job and has a friendly hairdresser. The entertainment has lots of variety and social gathering a great way to meet new people

I give this community five stars for the events that they throw. I highly enjoyed the Hollywood Knights event. The decorations with the red carpet were wonderful. The entertainment was outstanding. I absolutely loved the meatballs shrimp and the fruit they know how to throw an event they know how to throw an event

When dealing with my mom's issues and helping guide her, my brother and me [name removed] has been absolutely amazing! My mother seems to be happy with others helping her and she in enjoying her meals. Thank you

Mom has a large, beautiful room, and the entire place is extremely clean. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful!

I would give them the highest rate in every category. They have been wonderful. My husband is doing better than I expected. He joins the group activities and has been on trips to local restaurants. He is doing really well. Cleanliness is top notch, atmosphere is relaxed and warm

Brookdale felt very homey. We would like to go back for a meal. We were disappointed when found out they had no rooms available at the current time.

This is a very nice facility. Staff was pleasant and involved. Facility was clean. Patients seemed happy.

I toured and ate lunch with the residents. All staff were friendly and engaged wih residents. Respect was obvious when I saw/heard an exchange The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I appreciated there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. It was a very pleasant experience considering the life changing decision I am making soon
