Brightstar in Escondido is excellent. They even have nurses that go above and beyond any other home care company I have worked with in the past. I live in Santee and my parents live in Poway so they made my life so much easier and helped ease my and my siblings mind while we continue to work. Last week my husband and I took a tour of Brightstar, Fort Wayne. [name removed] showed us around. The setting is clean inside and out. All of the staff acknowledged us with a smile and kind words. I noticed that the staff also treated the residents with respect the way one would want a family member cared for.

They cared for my dad & did an amazing job! I will hire them again if I ever need care for my mom. The office is in Roseville on N Sunrise which was nice because they were able to pop in on my mom and her caregiver whenever needed.

BrightStar care West Portland has gone out on a limb for me, supplying me with caregivers no matter what, because I am a quadriplegic living at home with no family or friends around to help me! I am Medicaid, so I pay nothing – $0.00! It is extremely hard to find a caregiver on a short notice, for any company, because caregivers are in demand because of the short supply. They ensure that I will never be left alone, and offer caregivers a very high rate on a short notice, so that I will always have care! The care they offer, and their level of professionalism is Outstanding. I would highly recommend. I am not being paid for this review and I am an independent unaffiliated client.

The BrightStar Care - Woodbury is a group of caring wonderful people. They provide service with integrity. They care about their Clients and they Care about their Aides. They go above and beyond. They are what caregivers should should be like.

The service provided has been very well and I am well pleased. If/when an issue arises they handle it very quickly. One caregiver in particular that I like and have had on and off since I started care is [name removed], she's very willing and helpful. [Name removed] is also another good one.

The Caregivers from the BrightStar Care place are wonderful. The person that comes in helps with some cleaning and making sure that my loved one eats. They help prepare some meals for him and if i need help with some cleaning they will assist with that as well. I haven't noticed them doing activities with my loved one but, he seems happy and i would recommend them.

The staff is wonderful. They come in three times a week to take care of my loved one. If my loved one has any extra needs they are quick to handle it. The staff also is very good at keeping me informed as to what my loved one needs. I would recommend there care to anyone looking for good caregivers.

Britestar has helped us manage the transition of practically round the clock care always providing staff reliably! They are now helping us to mange the move to a long term care facility with support, vital information and compassion.

BrightStar Care has provided services to many. I personally, love and respect BrightStar Care. Do I think there's room for improvement? yes, all agencies need improvement. Do I think they will go out of their way to assist? yes, I've seen where upper management had taken care of participants to make sure they don't go without care. Do I believe they are one of the better agencies out there? yes, I do. I believe with having 24/7 care times seven days a week, not only sets them aside, but also speaks volumes. I've never experienced where an owner also known as the president will take the time to answer your calls, emails, and come to your home. The employees in the office will work long hours to make sure each client is covered. Is there dissatisfaction? yes, however, I believe, each employee will go out of their way to help all clients.

Brightstar Care is a great place to work, the team atmosphere surrounding our patient's care is incredible. Every day, everyone bands together to live our creed that no one goes without care!

They don't just send anyone into your home. All staff are background checked and drug screened. They have great communication and a well organized office.
