Anthem Memory Care

Going through the process of moving our loved one to a memory care community was very agonizing and emotional. The staff at Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn were and are amazing. Their words of comfort, guidance and reassurance through the entire process made the decision process much easier. They continue to be proactive and visual for our needs at all times. Of course no situation is perfect, unless our loved one is under our own roof--but after every visit we leave knowing the care they are receiving is exceptional and genuine. They sponsor a family night each month with different theme--you leave there feeling like we are one big family! The warmth and kindness among the community is one of a kind and greatly appreciated.

We really liked the facility, the people, and the rooms. Lunch smelled wonderful and everything and everybody was clean, bright, and cheerful. We think our dementia patient can be well cared for, safe and comfortable at Clarity Pointe.

Choosing Autumn Leaves in Glen Ellyn was the best decision we ever made in taking care of my Mom. When we started researching, Mom was in assisted living but they could no longer care for her due to her advanced stage of Alzheimers. The love and care that is given at Autumn Leaves was evident when we first walked in. The peace we felt when we left Mom the first time was huge. Unfortunately, Mom was only there for one month before she died a couple weeks ago but that month made a huge difference in her last days. Not only did they care for Mom but the support and love we received as a family was amazing.

I am writing about my sister's care.........We had a first experience with another home in Glen Ellyn......a disaster.... but I did not ask the right questions.....this time I looked at about eight homes and there was no doubt this time I had found a new home for my sister.....Autumn Leaves....... When I walked through the front door the atmosphere was uplifting....."bright and cheery".....even "cozy...... Only 40 family members live here which was a plus for me and my sister.. After meeting all the staff I was sold..........They send out every month a newsletter.....with pictures of the activities the residents participate in..... and each month there is a Special Event.....where all the families participate.......my favorite was the "LUAU"....fun for ALL.....Knowing it is a special place for my sister means everything.......

We thought Willowbrook Place took excellent care of my mother. There were many activities for the residents from pursuit to performing groups. The staff was very compassionate particularly in the last days of her life. The staff considered my mother to be part of their family & it showed.

My mother has been at Chelsea Place since OCT. 2015. Even though she is in Hospice she continues to thrive & we credit the care givers at Chelsea. They are exceptional, as is the rest of the staff!

This is an excellent memory care facility – supportive, caring staff. I am blessed to have found this safe home for my man.

I would recommend the Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn. So far my my mother is transitioning very well into the community. She is enjoying her healthy portioned meals. The staff have been very good with her and the communication has been good. The community is kept neat and fairly organized. Activities are offered on site and off site.

Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn community provides many activities on site and of site for the residents. There are a few amenities that are also provided like housekeeping and laundry service. During my tour everything was organized. The guide gave me all of the necessary information i needed and answered all of my questions.

Greenridge Place is a very nice community. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful to answer all of my questions. The community offered many activities for the residents to enjoy. It is a larger community with more residents than what we were looking for.

We were very pleased with our tour. The facility is very clean, very organized and we loved all the windows to let in so much sunlight! Audrey [Removed] was very thorough and understanding of our fears and concerns. She helped us understand this is exactly what my Mom needs. Mom will feel very comfortable here we hope. The schedules and care for the residents was very evident. We hope this will be where Mom will go.

Compassionate and caring while honoring our preferences!

Vineyard Place, an Anthem Memory Care Community is one of the best and brightest options for individuals with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia; What a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the Murrieta/Temecula area! This place is very much needed by the community. The staff are specialists and know how to talk with seniors with dementia -- with dignity, respect and love. The care is outstanding. The amenities are brand new and beautiful! The secured courtyards give residents the freedom to enjoy the great outdoors safely. We couldn't be happier to have found Vineyard Place!

This community has been okay for us so far. There are areas that I have no comments but the community is kept clean. My mom seems to enjoy her meals they provide because she has not complained. I would recommend this community for care if needed.

This is a brand new facility and everything is spotless. I really like the community, and my mother is doing very well. I'am not in town a lot and I'am confident with the type of care she is getting. The director is amazing and she was great to work to with. The staff is great, they try their best to get all the residents out their rooms. There is a beautiful courtyard where the residents sit and talk. There food is nice, they have a chef and she makes nice meals. It is a bit expensive, but it has been worth it. I would recommend it.

We couldn't be happier with how things have gone with Harvester Place, they've really been our miracle! It's a beautiful place, the staff is caring, personable, and friendly, and they're taking great care of Mom. I don't have a single negative thing to say about them, I can't recommend the place highly enough!

Well-organized leadership, emphasis is on the health and happiness of residents. I still am not well versed on what is happening in the process of Alzheimer's/Dementia, however no one at Chelsea Place has ever made me feel trivial, incompetent, under-informed, etc. They are patient and always helpful and honest about the health and mental state of my family member.

The most caring, safe, and loving community! Staff are excellent, each and every one. My loved one has become very comfortable and happy here and our own relationship has been so much better.

These folks really care about their residents. Excellent care with lots of compassion, humor, and respect.
