I cannot say enough good things about this company and the care they have provided during my mom and dad’s transition to assisted living. Moving into assisted living can be a difficult and emotional process for both residents and their families, but the staff made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. A special thank you to [Names Removed] the nursing staff, and the chef for their exceptional care, compassion, and dedication. [Name Removed] have been incredibly supportive, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process. The nursing staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents, giving our family great peace of mind. The chef also deserves recognition for providing delicious meals and accommodating residents’ needs with care and attention. The kindness, patience, and commitment shown by everyone have made a tremendous difference for my parents and our family. We are truly grateful and highly recommend

Working with Miranda at the Village throughout the whole process from our first tour through move in was amazing! She listened to our needs, was and is so friendly, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She also offered great incentives. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help residents feel comfortable in their new home. Same goes for the residents. It's a wonderful community.

[name removed] done an amazing job explaining the facility and took me on a tour and showed me everything. And with that we are placing my day at the location.

So many enriching activities. Live music multiple days a week. All of the different services delivered in house. A bus driver who is willing to accommodate in almost any situation.

They are caring and try to accommodate. They have a medical team on premises. They have a variety of food! They have a lot of activities. I would definitely recommend to others.

This home is very well run and very professional.My husband has been a challenge since moving into memory care and the activities coordinators [name removed] and [name removed] have been amazing.They have gone above and beyond to keep my husband occupied during this transition period and to that I am very grateful.They are both very caring and outgoing young ladies and are exceptional in their field.Anyone needing a very clean , caring home for their loved one should consider knoxville American House especially if they are seeking an abundance of activities and outings, [name removed] and [name removed] are your girls Thank you

The administration and the staff are amazing. They are so friendly, caring and compassionate. It is easy to see that they love what they do. The food is delicious. Overall it has been a very positive experience. So happy mom is now living there.

They stayed on top of everything and continue to check in with us until we found the right place. I would recommend and already have.

The American House that I toured was very nice and had a lot of benefits that we could take advantage if and when we are ready to move from our independance living to assistance living

Great Welcoming Place. [name removed] was a wonderful host and we enjoyed seeing all the facilities and interact with the residents.

Very professional and friendly staff. Activities team are amazing with all they do for the residents. A lot of wonderful touches they do for the memory care to help residents to find their way.I was very impressed with this home and feel comfortable for my husband to make this his home

I would rate everything within the staffs control a 5 across the board - especially the administration and staff. [name removed] and [name removed] are beyond top notch. The only thing I would probably excuse myself from rating is the value for the money. This type of care is extremely expensive for our family and I wish other people had access to it who need it. I think the staff does a good job of establishing a sense of community and especially making new residents feel welcome. Again, [name removed] and [name removed] are top notch.

My wife and I liked American House . It is a very nice facility, looking clean and well maintained. [name removed] was great to work with, and we feel very confident that our Mother will be well taken care of.

My mother is really enjoying it there. The facility has done a great job of communicating with me working with us and making my mother feel welcomed and enjoyed. Their price scale overall was the best when it comes to transitioning to memory care

The place was perfect for us. My wife just wanted to move closer to our children who are in Ohio. We met a lot of friends in the Villas, hated to leave them. Also we were having some credit issues when we were looking. We were turned down at 2 other places. We were able to get into the American house.
