They are great! My Dad has excellent care and he is happy there. They are also great to work with when we visit. Recently my Dad had his 90th Birthday and they worked out an area for the whole family of 20-plus to have dinner and a celebration with him.

Staff are numerous and seem to be integrated into the unit (memory care). They are attentive and know who I am and who my father is. Food appears good (dad ain't losing any weight!) Facility is clean and smells nice. Rooms is large. He is in a 1 person room and it is sizeable. Everyone seems to like him and talk to him when he walks by. I am very pleased so far. No complaints.

I’m actually writing this on behalf of my mother. We recently found out she needed to move out of her other facilit I could not provide the care.throughout local area and toured at least 5 facilities. The moment I walked into Spring Arbor and [name removed] was waiting for me at the front door I prayed that when I was feeling was a true indication. I have toured over 15 facilities in the northern Kentucky area over the last nine years and no one has been as genuine and sincere and compassionate is [name removed]. It goes a long way. The facility is bright and beautiful and very clean. It is small and we wanted that. Provides more care and consistency in that care. I am very impressed that management takes turns covering the weekend that is rare and is deeply appreciated. Mother was greeted by management and it felt warm and genuine and whenever I’m there, I see management out amongst the residence in the staff and I love that. Everyone smiles the staff the residence they all love it here

Communication has been great with everyone. Nursing staff has been great to work with and the office staff has been most helpful in working with us as well. There have been no complaints regarding the food as every meal has been to our satisfaction. There is a lot of participation with the activities as they all seem to be of interest from music, to afternoon socials, to the exercise, they have all been exactly what is needed. The apartment is clean and there are no issues with the housekeeping staff.

My parents and family have always been treated with respect by administrators and nursing staff alike. They always want my mother to be part of the activities. Cleanliness - There are times it smells vaguely of chlorine but that means clean to me. Their housekeeping staff is great and they are careful to keep everything clean. The staff (all inclusive) have time to smile and speak to us. My mother absolutely adores a good portion of the nursing staff (she doesn't know the rest as well) They called her Miss [name removed] at first but switched to Miss [name removed] when they found out that she preferred it. They speak kindly to her and make time to talk to her when she needs it. One of the nurses on staff noticed that my father didn't look right and checked on him. He ended up in the hospital with pneumonia due to dysphagia. The nurse likely saved his life. We were able to get my mother set up in a matter of days. We didn't have the luxury of making arrangements in advance. We needed immediate placement and got it . Alto has the resources to help us purchase furniture and get it to the facility so that my mother could get released from the hospital to an approved facility. They also worked with case managers to make sure they had all of the paperwork they needed and the facility handled it. The food always looks tasty and there is a variety at each meal. My mom went to an aquarium with a group from the memory care unit. They frequently go on "excursions" which my mother enjoys greatly. Value for cost - My mother's safety, comfort and contentment are worth every penny that she pays. In general: We got amazing service and found just the right placement in a short timeframe.

I have been very happy with my aunt living at spring arbor . She is well taken care of ; the place is clean. Her room is a nice size . There are lots of activities but it's not clear to me that she is participating very much

Overall, our experience has been very positive. We had a few issues at the beginning, but we brought them to the director’s attention, and everything was worked out. We are very happy with the staff, care, activities, food, cleanliness, and room. The staff has been wonderful, and everyone is very friendly. My mom also says, “Everyone is very friendly and the food is good.” I would definitely recommend the community to others.

My experience with Spring Arbor has been overwhelmingly positive it truly feels like a place where people are cared for with compassion and respect. The staff has always been friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in the well-being of my mom. Every time I've visited, the community has been clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It's been comforting to see residents enjoying activities, socializing, and being treated with kindness and dignity. Knowing that my mom is in an environment where she is safe, supported, and valued has given me tremendous peace of mind. The communication from the staff has also been excellent. They take the time to answer questions, provide updates, and make my family feel included. I know choosing an assisted living community is never an easy decision, but I would gladly recommend Spring Arbor to anyone looking for a caring, supportive place that truly feels like home and we would recommend the community to others

I was/am still very happy with my selection. Alto is a pleasant facility with staff who go above and beyond to provide a safe, comfortable environment for my husband. Room is adequately sized with a nice big window. Staff seems genuinely caring and solicitous of his needs. Food is decent, not wonderful in Memory Care area . (He can't taste much anyway). They take care of his hygiene pretty well and change his clothes as he needs it done. After ironing out some initial misunderstandings, I am generally quite pleased with his care.

I would give a 5 for all very happy with everything staff goes above and beyond and care. Staff are very attentive to my sister. There are plenty of activities to participate in and therapy's are available on site. My sister is thriving and very happy in her new home.

Excellent value and good demeanor of staff. I am going to sign up and pay today.

The tour of Spring Arbor was thorough, questions answered, did not feel rushed. The staff enjoy working there. The residents stated that they like living there. Many activities to choose from. Convenient location, hotel, gas station and Walmart nearby. My mother will be moving in soon.

I visited Alto Walden Woods the other day, and I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel walking in. But the place had this calm, clean, cared-for feeling that put me at ease almost right away. The halls smelled fresh, the rooms looked neat, and something about the atmosphere just felt… safe. At 76, that matters more than anything. What really touched me was watching the staff with the residents. The way they spoke to people; gently, patiently, reminded me of how I used to care for my own mother. It felt genuine. Management was just as thoughtful; they listened to me, really listened, and didn’t rush me through a single thing. I left feeling surprisingly calm about the whole idea, and I’m truly considering making Alto Walden Woods my next home.

Alto is very nice in every aspect. Staff is great! Very pleased with everything!

[name removed] was very friendly and gave us a lot of information while making us feel at home. The place was bustling with activity and the residents and staff seemed to be enjoying whatever they were doing.

The staff was very helpful and tried to get my husband to eat. I would give them 5 stars. They cared about my husband and tried to get him to engage in activities. I would definitely recommend them for senior living.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Spring Arbor of Bristol, and I was very impressed. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer questions and made everyone feel comfortable and respected. The residents appeared happy, engaged, and well cared for, which says a lot about the quality of care provided. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, more like a home than a facility. I would feel confident recommending Spring Arbor of Bristol to anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, and supportive place for my mother.

Wonderful staff...friendly and helpful, always display a happy attitude and give genuine care to each resident. Very clean rooms, lots of fantastic activities. The food is outstanding.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They communicate with me well and I can always call with questions. It's nice to see Dad socializing with the staff and other residents.

We visited 3 places, staff at all were extremely helpful, friendly and gracious. We chose Alto because of location. We would recommend any of the three, services, cost, and amenities were similar. (Wesley's in Macon did not offer the level of care we were looking for). We have been over the top pleased with Alto Warner Robins. The staff (all that we've met) have been very friendly and accommodating, I feel like they've gone out of their way to make the transition for my mother in law easy, but I'm pretty sure that's their everyday working ethic. They were experiencing staff turnover as we were getting evaluated and moved, so a few little glitches the first week, but all is well now, and they addressed each concern immediately. The other residents we've met seem happy, and activities to take part in are plentiful. My MIL is almost completely blind and 102 with some mobility issues, but the staff have included her in bingo games, cards, auctions, etc., helping her when she needs help to see. She went to a patriotic concert since being there (ride was provided so she could stay in her wheelchair), which she thoroughly enjoyed. She has signed on with the physicians and pharmacy group that come to Alto, making checkups and routine care more doable for her. The food is plentiful (ample serving sizes) and delicious. We've enjoyed eating with her many times in the dining hall. The staff welcomed 9 great grandchildren in to visit Grandma and provided activities that we all enjoyed. This feature means the world to all of us, her family members. We used to be almost 2 hours away, now all 4 family groups are not more than 10-15 minutes away. God is so good. I can't recommend Alto enough, the transition to assisted living has been smooth and easy for us, but most importantly, easy for my precious mother in law.
