We love [name removed]. We had one caregiver first that I would have rated differently but they allow you to change without any issue. And the manager worked with me and my mother on schedule till things were just right.

We got a great attendant, and Affinity was nice and communicative. [name removed] especially. Anytime there were hiccups they were sure to reach out and try to get coverage. Would definitely recommend their services.

The truth is that most facilities are not staffed properly and underpaid. That's today's world we're profits are before well being. If you have a lot of money you are taken care of and if you don't you are told family, friends and our disappearing government.

While mom was out visiting family we engaged at home care services through Home Matters Caregiving of North Scottsdale. Because this was our first experience with at home caregiving we opted for a selection of caregivers across a variety selected by the agency. All four caregivers that came to my house were professional, considerate, and thorough. The allotted hours included two meals each day that were enjoyable and flavorful. All four caregivers were pleasant and attentive and hard workers, taking care of me and my home. [name removed] came to the house for four shifts, the most of any one caregiver. She was a self-starter that went the extra mile to be sure that my house was safe and clean. [name removed] saw to it that my hygiene was taken care of, my next meal was anticipated and I was comfortable before leaving for the day. Tricia was a sharp conversationalist She was a joy to have around, all while making me feel pampered and respected.

She goes above and beyond to ensure every important detail is handled and that her clients and their loved one’s receive the best care possible. She’s passionate about senior care and it shows! Caregiver incompatibility was understood and replacements scheduled in a reasonable time frame - all staff has been great and very helpful during a stressful time.

We had a wonderful lady named [name removed] who helped me with all the things.... She made me meals, even bringing me things that she's made at home! She gave me showers that made me feel squeeky clean and absolutely refreshed! [name removed] was super focused on my meds, even setting timers in her phone to make sure they were on time. We even got to do "field trips" into the community when I was still able to. If we hadn't moved back to my kids in Indiana, I would still have her! I wish she would have moved with us! I had other people from her company, who I felt were just as good as [name removed], but she was my favorite! I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism shown by this company, and would recommend them to everyone!

When my elderly mother required help after her release from the hospital, we contacted Preferred Care at Home and the very next day, a very knowledgeable woman, [name removed] came out to my mother’s home and helped me navigate our options for my mother’s care after her release from the hospital. The professional care and help I received was very much appreciated!
