I rate J and J Homecare LLC a 5 across the board. We have been very happy with their care and personal attention. They always do their best to accommodate any schedule changes and last minute requests. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this home care service to other families.

We are receiving home health care. We were switching from another agency that had become very unreliable. SHS has never missed a shift, always prompt, and has provided the same caregiver every time. So, consistent care is delivered.

Based on the experience we have had with Cornerstone Caregiving, they deserve at least a 10! They were absolutely amazing. What we liked the most about them was the people and the caring overall attitude they had.

I can not speak highly enough about 2nd Family. Navigating home care options for a parent can be difficult, especially if you are new to this way of life. 2nd family has been so helpful in more than just providing safe care for my father. They provide other services and information to so many other things you may need to help take care of a parent in need of extra help. Services that provide Moving, PT, OT, Transportation and more. There are multiple avenues to communicate need or have your questions answered and everyone I have encountered has been sympathetic and so very kind. It makes this transition of life a little more bearable and I can breathe a little easier knowing that my father is safe when I can not be there. I am lucky to have found them.

I was confident that their loved one would get very good care and that during a crisis and immediate need that they were there with caring supervisors and aides. Overall impressed and thankful for staff and supervisors! It was one of the ones recommended by [name removed] from A Place for Mom.

we have been a client of Unique Homecare for several months. My significant other had a botched surgery which made his legs paralyzed. He is improving greatly but we needed help from the very beginning to move him in and out of bed, showering, driving him, etc. Unique Homecare aides have been very helpful, considerate, and caring.

I'd say they're nice people and they're trying, but we're on our 4th caregiver in 6 weeks. With dementia, we'd really like some stability. We're not getting it.

It’s hard to express how good of an experience we had with seniors helping seniors. Although it was only for a short time, probably about three months, we were more than pleased with them. Always on time and willing to do whatever Mom needed. They also work with our schedule. Mom loved the two ladies that cared for her.Not only did they meet her needs, but they listen to all her stories from many years ago and she liked the companionship. If something would happen, they always have someone to fill in for them never once did they not show up. If you’re looking for some one, that’s dependable and caring I highly recommend seniors helping seniors. They were definitely a blessing to our family.

Infinity Home Care were life savers for our family. They answered our call immediately and provided the exact service we needed. I would highly recommend them and thanks to a Place for Mom getting us together.

When matching clients and care givers, administrators took care in matching clients with service providers to help build strong connections. They also took into consideration the strengths of the care giver with the needs of the client. The care givers were punctual, conducted themselves in a professional manner, demonstrated respect for clients and their family, and focused on the specific needs of the individual client. The administrators encouraged clients and their family to provide feedback regarding their experience with their designated care givers. This feedback was used to make adjustments as appropriate to enhance the situation for everyone involved.

What we like the most about the Home Instead - Kingsport is the camaraderie developed with the staff members and the clients. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service to other families.

An area of this community that our family likes the most is the quality of care services given to the residents That is our favorite. However and area of improvement would be with the overall value for cost and to charge for only what the type of care the resident is needing.

We have been very happy with the level of care, friendliness of caregivers and staff, and their capability in fulfilling the needs of a patient with limited mobility and declining cognitive abilities. We quite literally could not have cared for this person at home without their dedicated support and attention to detail. We hope to be able to continue to make use of these services as inflationary pressures have an impact on hourly rates.

I have been exceptionally pleased with Mercy Works caregivers. [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful! We have great communication with the owner and their pricing was $4 an hour better than other quotes. That is alot of money when using services 10+ hours per day. Truly glad we chose to work with them.

The people responded quickly, there were kind and made my mom an I feel comfortable. They are the best. Very caring, and listen to our needs and concerns. They go about and beyond.
