I found [name removed], the care coordinator, very understanding, kind and patient. She took much time to get to know my Mom and understand our particular issues. She selected our caregiver not from a list but rather from the perspective of the best possible match. She did very well. I found our caregiver, [name removed], absolutely wonderful. Her heart is certainly in the right place for the profession. She was kind, caring, patient, indefatigable. She simply wanted to help and make things nice for my Mom and her environment. What an angel. II found the scheduler (her name escapes me) patient and understanding with our myriad changes to schedule. So flexible. I would recommend the entire company highly and without reservation. They made a hard thing easy.

They were great when we did use them had a couple of hiccups when caregiver got sick and had to use multiple temps. We did overall have a good experience with First Light Home Care of Colorado Springs.

The caregivers were very helpful and congenial. They interacted well with my husband. The organization was very willing to work with our schedule and needs. I hope we can resume home care when my husband's other medical appointments are less frequent. I would recommend Gentiva Personal Care Home Care to others.

[name removed] comes three days a week, and we would of loved to have her more but my dad is on a fixed income. Based on the experience we have had with Amada Senior Care, we would recommend them to others.

There are nice people at Senior Helpers - Southaven, MS who are taking good care of my loved one.

Billing staff has been very cooperative with all needed assistance. Scheduling has been wonderful with changes needed. Nursing assistant is very respectful and great performance. She is always on time.

It was long ago, followed by Hospice and then death so I am foggy about names and other details. Both client and I were pleased with service.

What has made this community such a great experience so far is the friendliness of the staff members. Based on the experience our families has had, we would recommend the Home Instead - Hemet, CA to other families.

My connection with the initial people was very good. They were friendly informative, helpful, with an overall experience of 5. At her end of life, we did not need to place our mother outside the home She actually ended up staying 65 years in the same home before she passed. I so appreciate the services that you offer and if I have another one in need, I will certainly get in touch with you.

We had a wonderful, care giver in [name removed]. She was an angel to my dad during his last few weeks. My low score for dining & activities is pretty much due to there being no need for either in his condition. The care givers other than her didn't even measure up.

They have been very helpful and cooperative throughout the process. The only downside for me has been that Preferred Care At Home is basically just a placement agency for the individual caregiver who actually holds all the licenses. So that means they put a lot of burden on the caregiver to do administrative work like filling out detailed timesheets for reimbursement from a long-term care policy. This takes away from attention to the patient.

All caregivers we have had are dependable and friendly. I would recommend AccordCare to those looking for home care services.

Everybody at Mekka home care is very welcoming, warm, and courteous. Makes me feel very comfortable having my loved one taken care of by that staff. I recommend them to anyone seeking home care for a loved one.

People are competent but have some restrictive rules - for newcomers, some are hoops to have to jump through. I would recommend them.

First, let me say, the office staff is amazing! We’ve tried other home care companies and if we needed to reach someone in the office we always had to leave a voicemail. Every time we call the office we’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. We especially appreciate [name removed], she’s so kind and sweet.

Complete Homecare provides a home health aide for me through the VA in Asheville. I knew it would be tough to find someone for me since I live in BFE Nowhere! [name removed] came out to my house and was wonderful. She listened to my needs, made sure she had all the information she needed, was professional and made me much more at ease about getting a home health aide. It took several tries to find the right person, but let me tell you, they got it right! [names removed] have been extremely helpful and patient. They have stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even just to check in with me and let me know that they were still working on it. Katie took my case on personally and didn’t stop until she found the right person. My health is going to continue to deteriorate and become more complicated. I’m going to need my home health aide more and more. Knowing that I have [names removed] and the rest of the crew at Complete Homecare looking out for me puts my mind at ease. Thanks!

This was the best decision I could have ever made for my mom. [name removed] interviewed with us and I liked him right away. He listened and when he placed a caregiver in the home, it was exactly what we had talked about. Marissa has done a wonderful job of uplifting my mom‘s spirits and giving her everything she needs, five days a week in four hour. This is a blessing for us and I and I give a lot of thanks.

So far experience has been good. They have aides that know how to deal with patients with dementia and they know the least amount of change is the best. Have been easy to work with. Rates are reasonable.

Limited choices this one is decent -Yes I would recommend them.
