They were very good for what we needed! They were really overnight advocates for us a couple nights a week when my dad was in rehab. Well only about scheduling. Their system is kind of strange if you do overnights. Took us a couple of times to get that right but they were great after we fixed the initial glitch

What really stood out to us about Central Valley was the fact that they guaranteed me they could cover every single shift. It has been a great experience overall....I never have to worry...even when I am traveling!!!

I DEFINITELY GIVE A HIGH 5 for everything and everybody about Senior Helpers. I've never had a senior helper before my life and I couldn't ask for anyone better than Sarah that I have now. My daughter has talked to staff and more often than I have and I can't think of the names now but they are the boss and a few other staff person very very complimentary and very helpful. Cost correct to me. I don't know exactly what activities means that means of what my person does for me in my home if you have something particular about activities that I should talk about let me know. Thank you for good people and good program for me doing this first time in my life it's turning out good

The staff was wonderful on every front. They knew my request wasn’t long term and were so accommodating to my unpredictable requests due to my Aunt going in and out of the hospital four times over two months. The aids that came to her house were great and helpful. Definitely appreciated the help!

What we like the most about the Home Instead - Littleton is being able to have the piece of mind knowing my dad is being care for 24 hours a day instead of living in his house by himself. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend them to others and have already recommended them to my friends

[name removed] and [name removed] were great. They went out of their way to help with planning and scheduling. I would recommend their home care services to others looking.

5 for all. My only complaint is I pay them $40/hour and they pay their employees $12/hour. It's less than fast food restaurants in my community and they are doing bed baths for an elderly person. The employees are underpaid. Our caregivers, [name removed] and [name removed] are the best caregivers. They work for a solid hour bathing and grooming my dad and cleaning his room. They are so sweet even when my dad is mean and grumpy. We had two other workers that washed my dad and left after 20 minutes even though they are paid for the hour. Though the low wage may be the justification for that. [name removed] left due to her health. So now [name removed] is the only caregiver we'll use. If she's unavailable then we reschedule. She's wonderful!

What we like the most about Right at Home is the caregiver for our loved one is very helpful and friendly, and that is for both my husband and me. We would absolutely recommend Right at Home to other families, [name removed] made all the work smoothly.

Home Instead has provided in-home care for my mother since April and the overall experience has been amazing. In a short amount of time, each one of the many caregivers now hold a special place in both my mother and father’s lives. Home Instead’s management and administrative personnel are impressive as well. I what highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for in-home care for a loved one!

[name removed] and [name removed] have been very helpful in arranging a helper for my parents. This is the first time they have had outside care. Very pleased with the help my parents have received from senior helpers. [name removed] has been a big help.

The only thing a little strange. They had office worker come in to Take care of her. Not sure if they were short with help? Or mom was hard to deal with? But [name removed] was her favorite and has since quit I hear. It did make me at ease knowing someone was coming in twice a week to check on her. Sometimes mom told them to leave she didn't need them. She could of utilized the helpers a little more but was stubborn and didn't think she needed there help. Thanks for place for mom though. [name removed] has been the best.

[name removed] and [name removed] were awesome. [name removed] was attentive communicated well, and did an amazing job with my dad's assessment. Although [name removed] was only with us for a short time, he felt like part of the family immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better caregiver.

They are very understanding and are willing to work with you on any challenges that come up. Very open communication. They have been great with scheduling, including able to rearrange schedules of caretaker to suit our needs. The office staff are extremely invested in helping you with your loved ones and, sure the caretakers themselves have different personalities and methods, but the office staff was extremely helpful in helping us make the right fit.

Second experience with outside care givers and the second is the best! [name removed] plac3d us with the perfect care giver. She's the best, always on time, always pleasant! She learned her way around quickly and has an extensive knowledge of treatments and the medications our 87 year old Uncle is taking. She also knows old movies and actors which my uncle is a huge fan of, he has better conversations with her than me. Overall experience is great. I'm not much of a review writer, I will highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors!

The service is a good value priced fairly. The staff I worked with were nice and professional.

Very reliable and all the aides were professional and knowledgeable.They gave my husband very compassionate care in his final days.They also helped me in many ways,pitching in with laundry, And dishes. I would highly recommend them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. The Senior Helper working with my parents has become a lifeline for them allowing them to access the community with help. She has taken them to the post office for stamps, grocery shopping, goes along to pick up drugs at the drugstore with them, as well as helping with chores around the house. I feel like she has become like part of the family.

They are pretty good in getting the information regarding old homes and setting up appointments. Thier follow was excellent too. They very good in providing lots of listings for senior living places of all types.

They were responsive to our needs and on the days we requested. Will use again! Very helpful! Cooked and did some light cleaning too. They will drive you to the Dr or go golfing w you, run errands also.

My experience with everyone at the company was positive. They tailored my care to my current situation and treated me professionally, efficiently and kindly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
