We were both sincerely welcomed along with his dog, Elk. In fact whenever Elk visits, staff always makes sure that he has a bowl of water & sometimes even a treat. The staff is efficient & attentive. Residents are always treated with warmth & respect. Sometimes the food could be better but, there is plenty of it and residents have other choices if they so desire. Wonderful snacks are provided between meals. I am very thankful for Country House because I know my husband is well cared for.

We had a very positive experience with everyone at Country House. From [name removed] to [name removed] and the staff we're all very very accommodating. We like the place the Phisical place her room was probably just about right for her because she had dementia and they said smaller rooms work better for dementia patients we had to move her from one room to another room earlier and [name removed] in maintenance was very accommodating to help us do that. I think my mom liked living there and like the people that worked there as far as the Price was concerned, I think that all these places are way over price but that's what it is. I would I would recommend highly Country House to anybody that asked.

The staff has been great, always available to answer questions & care for everyone. They have daily activities plus outings. We haven't sampled the food, but my mother in law says it is good & there are snacks between meals. Her apartment is spacious & the staff keeps it clean. I recommend your services & Country House every chance I get.

My husband received excellent care, food and staff were great. My only complaint was their billing system, they used a third party system, charging unreasonable rates to pay with a credit card

My wife has resided at Memory Care at Sage Glendale for several months. Her incoming transition was difficult, as might have been expected. but the staff, especially [name removed], the Director, could not have been more helpful. He understood my wife's anxieties from the start, and assured me that he would oversee her comfort. In the first weeks my wife was confused, not sure why she found herself in a new home. But the staff, so considerate and warm, made her achieving her comfort much easier. Her idiosyncrasies were responded to, and she was gently guided towards the many activities and pleasures of living at Sage Glendale. My experience of the staff is that they are always ready to help, and smile often as they do their work. They got to know my wife quite quickly, and they seem to understand her, even in the confusion of her dementia. [name removed] is one of the med techs who frequently help out. [name removed] is also always solve problems and seek solutions.

[name removed] is great there....gave us the tour, answered all questions. Was very helpful. Place is clean and very nice. They have a lot of events to participate in.

I would rate each of the categories a 5, I'm extremely happy with Country House! They treat them like family.

I thought the studio apartment was nicer and larger than some that I saw at other facilities The staff has been so great and kind to my aunt during all the transition and the many things we needed help with even coming up and hanging the pictures that I brought from her home and getting her all set up on the Internet and helping to work through some bugs that happened along the way. My aunt says the food is yummy and since she's a vegetarian, they've been very accommodating for her. She's very happy, which makes me happy. When you're 96 years old and used to being very independent and on your own having so many life changes at the same time, it's great that she is in an environment. That's very supportive and caring. And I can sleep better at night knowing that she's safe and happy.

We are very happy with our choice of Sunol Creek Memory Care for my husband. Sunol Creek has a home fell to it. The staff are very caring and compassionate, which not only includes the caregivers but also the Executive Director, Sales Director, Activity Coordinator, and housekeeping. And the food is Great!! And I enjoy spending time with my husband and the other residents.

5 star rating! The property manager was very kind and considerate of our challenges. The residents were very friendly and inviting. The facility is clean and refreshing. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

The front desk employees are very helpful. They help you more than they are supposed to. It is excellent. I am treated with respect.

What we like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness and the staff are nice and attentive to our loved ones needs. They made her feel special on her birthday. Yes, we would recommend Kingston Bay Senior Living to other families.

The facility was nice we just don’t need this type of facility yet. When our mother reaches the next level of care we will definitely consider it.

It's a small facility, with 50 residents total, of assisted living separate and the memory care villa. It was the first and oldest hospital in Oakdale designed like a Spanish style villa, one story with clay tiles roofs and small tree shaded front entrance. They refer to it as the villa. The newly hired chef used to cook at the local casino so meals are 3-4 star events. Small number of residents means a small staff consistently assisting the residents so names and faces of staff are easy to remember for residents and family. Incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff. Located in a residential neighborhood so away from the main artery and traffic noise, easy to get to but parking is sometimes limited. I could go on... It's a wonderful setting, my mom chose it immediately after visiting 2 other facilities.

The Terraces at Via Verde has been everything I was looking for in a care facility. Everyone there has been welcoming, helpful, and most of all compassionate and supportive. Days are filled with activities and interactions. Communication is continuous. A special thank you to [names removed] for everything they have done and continue to do!

They are good listeners - they are empathetic, trustworthy and it is safe. I would definitely recommend them - we had so much to learn about dementia and expectations.

It was a very positive and enlightening experience. Very informational and knowledgeable hostess. I am much better prepared when the time comes to make a choice.

We are so happy she's at the country house. She seems really happy for the most part. The Countryhouse at Council Bluffs has Kindness, is clean and easy to work with.

The staff was very helpful as we started the process and paperwork. They truly do treat you and the residents as family. There are so many activities available, including trips on the bus and visits from furry pets! Everyone there treats the residents with respect and looks after them with care. Our mom is doing so well there. We know she is being taken care of very well, which gives us peace of mind.

I sent an hour learning about your beautiful facility. Everything was very clean and the space was open. All the residents were looking nice and involved in some activity. I heard about all the different activities that are provided there for the residents. It looks like a beautiful home for my mom. I was just overwhelmed by the cost per month which is out of my budget.
