It is a very nice memory care/ assisted living facility. Has many amenities. Staff is very helpful and informative. The place is very clean, orderly and equipped.

Addington Place finished in the top 4 of the 9 I toured. After touring the FINAL 4 with my wife, we decided to move into Addington Place. Why? People...staff and residents' interaction, atmosphere, bright and outside availability, security, and weather security. Dining set up of open dining for the meals. Availability of programs for my wife to socialize, learn, and most of all have a good day with other residents, A caring facility that takes care of the residents without curtailing their lifestyle.

Seemed very nice. I liked the way they differentiated the halls so residents for memory care to know where they are.

They were very accommodating and great to work with from the start. My mother has been there a month and she loves it and always mention how friendly everyone is. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff very caring and supportive. I like that my mom is in a smaller community and it's women only. I would recommend them to a family looking for a woman's only memory care, Assisted Living community.

Nice facility and friendly community environment. Administration/staff have been good to work with, friendly and always willing to help. Communication options of notices/updates could be enhanced for families of residents. Menu seems good but for picky eaters, sometimes can be a little limiting. Overall a very nice environment.

The facility is very nice, well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely nice and went out of there way to make my family feel comfortable. There was always a staff member interacting with the community residence. I visited 5 other facilities and I did not feel the same as I did when we met this staff. I believe this facility is a place you can trust they will take care of your loved ones.

The transition from home to apartment was difficult since I was going from 2050 square feet to 719 square feet! The apartment size is small but cozy and a good value. The staff have all been up beat and welcoming. I have weekly cleaners and they do a great job in keeping my new home clean. The food is excellent and the servers friendly. Overall the whole experience has been positive.

My parents have lived in Fox Ridge for a year now, and it's been a great experience. The facility bus is available for their offsite appointments and occasional shopping errands. I appreciate the attentive, comprehensive care that Fox Ridge provides.

Everyone at Symphony was very welcoming and caring when my mom moved in. The front desk staff could not be nicer, always warm and friendly. I feel very welcome every time I visit. My mom has been more active and more social since she moved in, which is a big change from when she was at home. The interiors are modern, stylish, and the public areas always look clean, and same for my mom’s apartment. I know that my mom is being taken care of, and is safe, and that is a great feeling.

[name removed] was very nice and willing to show us everything we asked to see. We were impressed by the facility. It was clean and welcoming. The front desk displayed contact information for management.

My indepth discussion with the Valeo Director explored Calveria's capacity to accommodate a potentially "difficult" resident who suffered with extreme delusions, including paranoia, which resulted in my satisfaction and approval. Such discussions and observations leads me to conclude that Calveria has developed and operates a high quality program of memory care that meritoriously meets the varied individual needs of its residents.

We had such a wonderful experience at Elan West point, we had lunch with one of the residents and [name removed] , the chef even came out and introduced himself to us. Mom really loved the place and when she is ready, I can definitely see her living there.

Excellent experience, friendly staff, nice decor. Ate lunch on site (at one of the three restaurants available), meal was excellent.

Great tour experience. The community is very clean and the staff was engaged with the residents. This stand alone dementia care would be a great fit for someone with dementia because of its design (infinity loop). If you are looking for a community designed for someone with dementia, I recommend you consider Calveria Living at Fort Mill. Its right off of the interstate, easy to find!

It's been 2 weeks since dad moved to Sonata Delray. Overall, we have been extremely happy with his care so far, and feel confident that he is in good hands when we are not there. All the apartments are studios, and are on the large size; he is in the 2nd smallest apt and it is quite spacious and meets all his needs. The staff have all been incredible. We can tell they really look out for him and they do exactly what we were told they would do when we were in the interview process (ie: will go to his room and get him for meals and activities). The chef has been very accommodating to his food preferences. The place is always immaculately clean and does not have any weird smells. Any issues we had upon move in were all rectified in a very timely manner. When we were concerned about dad's adjustment and had some questions, 2 administrators met with us and gave us much comfort that things are progressing nicely. They were very aware of how he was functioning when we were not there. The facility has many daily activities, many which my dad, unfortunately, can't do due to his visual impairment. There is some disappointment that many of the late afternoon activities that he can do, involving group talks and walks, have been canceled, but hoping that will change once the weather improves. The staff who run the activities are all amazing and we could not be happier with them and their enthusiasm for their jobs. Even my father made a comment that "the people here really seem to like what they do". There is much personalized attention, which is why we chose this ALF. The only complaint we have is that they often have music playing in the outdoor areas making it difficult to talk as the speakers are right over the sitting areas. Many in this population have hearing difficulties as it is, so that just makes it that much harder to communicate. Each resident has a pendant should they need help for anything, and there is accountability as to how long it takes a staff member to get to that resident. My father used it for the first time today and he said someone was there in 2 minutes. I'm very appreciative to A Place for Mom for pointing us in the direction of this ALF. I believe it was [name removed](?) I initially spoke with, who, after hearing about our dad and our needs, felt this would be a good place to start, and he was right. I hope as time goes on, we continue to maintain our confidence and trust in Sonata Delray.

My Dad has been there about a month and a half now. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They treat the residents well. Rooms/apartments are a great size. Overall would highly recommend. I toured 8 facilities and am happy with my choice.

I was very impressed. This facility looked and smelled good and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this place.
