It is very expensive but I am totally happy. I would recommend The Lodge to other families based on the experience

Rotating Menu is a plus - the food is very good. Activities and outings are great. I would recommend them. My parents (and now my mom) are very happy there.

Staff is responsive, facility is clean, stylish. I do recommend Valage.

It has been an overall positive experience! My mom is very happy there. Her studio is spacious with even a queen size bed. The staff is friendly and when walking around with my mom they greet her by name. The food is good! It feels like you're dining in a high end restaurant. The building is clean and welcoming! I would say we couldn't have found a better place for our mom to live.

Sterling places is the best place in the world for seniors and retirees that has beautiful people that not only live there but they run the facility. They're very patient. They're very aware of people that there and they love to do the job that they do and that's given the support to the seniors. I appreciate you guys and every way you really helped my life and my mom's life thumbs up to Sterling's place

The Grove is a beautiful, friendly place! I enjoyed the visit and meeting the people that were there! They would meet all the needs for my Mom!

The tour of Russellville Park was great! [name removed] was welcoming, and very thorough in the tour and in explaining how things work there. I was impressed

At this point, I have 2 brothers living there, separately. One is an introvert, the other very social. Both seem happy. I feel welcomed by the staff when I visit. I haven't heard any complaints from them (my brothers) about the facilities, staff or the food. I was happy to find them an affordable place to live that feels safe. The apartments are small, but they don't need much.

The Staff is friendly, responsive, and caring. Facilities are pleasant, clean. Food is good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Overall feedback: my dad is a grouch and a lousy father. He's become mostly a shut in at Russellville, but it's kind of built for that type of behavior as they have all the amenities in his room he needs to survive! His fridge is always fully stocked with snacks and beer. His bathroom is very large, plenty of room for him to meander/stumble in and out while under the influence. He has a television and computer (although we provided those) for him to become more and more frustrated with as he continues to lose his sense of purpose. The food is good, but not great, but certainly better than anything he could possibly cook for himself. The staff at Russellville are all wonderful. Anyone I've interacted with there has been pleasant and god knows working with my dad they're certainly beyond patient. I'd still give the place a 5/5 stars! Thanks for asking for an update

The staff was great and very helpful in all the needs. The rooms were very clean and when there was a mess they cleaned it up right away.

I would give this community 5 out of 5 in every category. Assisted living is always a challenge, but I believe they have all the tools needed to provide the best possible experience. The community is lively, well staffed, and filled with friendly, active, and social residents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While it's impossible to know exactly how it compares to other communities without living there, based on our introductory visits, none of the other places we toured came close. It stood out as the clear choice for our family.

The caregivers are really friendly and genuine about their care. A lot of different activities which my mom enjoys so it's not boring. I've eaten there and the food is quite good. The room is very clean. The hall ways need new carpet.

The staff is wonderful and most of the people here are friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others! I am enjoying it here.

The Remington Club is well located next to Vons and restaurants. The facility is large and has very nice grounds. The activities are varied and plentiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The independent living units were large and all had a nice balcony.

The intake staff is incredible. [Name removed] is wonderful and professional. [Name removed] was available whenever we needed even for the most basic issues. The food and staffing the restaurant are great!! It's a wonderful place and a blessing for my uncle [Name removed]!!

My mother always wants to mingle with the other people rather than stay in her room.

Nice accommodations (the apartment is very nice and spacious). Friendly staff. Wonderfully kept grounds. Food has been good enough to keep her from wanting to cook herself.

Staff are a professional and kind. The setting is lovely. There are puzzles everywhere!

Carmel Village was an excellent community offering all the services that we would require. The staff was courteous and explained everything especially Libby Borgen who gave me a thorough tour. The location was our problem. It was too far from our home so we wouldn’t be able to visit our loved one as often as we would like. Thank you for the referral.
