The facility is clean. The room size is comparable to other facilities we viewed. The staff is nice and helpful. We had no issues while my mother in law was there that wasn't attributed to her behavior. , I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

They were very thorough during the tour. Explaining everything about the facility, answering all of our questions, and very kind/caring throughout the entire process.

My overall experience with Menomonee Falls location Lake House was very pleasurable. I believe that Stacey was the manager. She was very helpful in making sure things were organized and ready to take my mother in. The location looks like a former hotel so the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The meals also look to be prepared well chefs on hand at the time I was there and my mother likes it. They're very much.

The apartment is lovely -- it is large, with high ceilings and lots of light. The balcony is also large and has a very nice view. The food is quite good, we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff have all been friendly and helpful throughout the moving process.

Was looking for a place for my mom, and this place checked all the boxes!! From accommodations to events and all other amenities. Was exactly what was needed.

My mother, [name removed] lives at Solstice House for the past 5 years. Its a great place for my mom as its always clean and the staff is soo very accommodating. Moms apartment is cleaned every week and sheets changed. They offer day trips, in house activities, grocery shopping days and much more. When I'm out of town I don't have to worry about mom as I know she is being taken care of. KUDO's to [name removed] and the staff!! I look forward to the Thanksgiving dinner they offer for family. Its soo nice and we as guest greatly appreciate it.

The staff in the memory care is phenomenal! The rooms are good size and well maintained. Food is consistently good, activities are very good as well. Highly recommend Marbella

My sister is 85 years old. She just cannot live on her own any longer. While she occasionally complains about the meals served at Country Club at Woodland Hills, every meal I've shared with her there has been really great!! The activities in which she participates are totally appropriate for her age and abilities. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I know that she is safe and comfortable there!

The sales, business office and nursing staff have all been very welcoming to my mother. It has made this whole process alot less stressful for our entire family.

They are top notch. We called A Place for Mom, and they were wonderful. They asked us detailed questions about the level of care my mom needed and gave us several facilities to consider in San Diego. We ended up touring five different places, and the last one we visited was The Pasea. It was, by far, the nicest and newest facility we had seen. The apartments were modern, and the entire facility was beautiful and well maintained. I was extremely impressed. The staff was also incredibly friendly and professional, and the facility made a great first impression. Of course, you never really know how a place is going to be until your mom actually moves in and begins receiving care. Well, my mom has now been there for almost three months, and I can honestly say that she is extremely happy there. My mom is blind and requires more care and assistance than the average resident, and the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to her needs. Every time I visit, I feel good about being there. I genuinely enjoy talking with the staff because they are so friendly and caring. Finding the right place for your mom is a huge decision, and I know how stressful it can be. Based on our experience, I would recommend The Pasea 100% and have absolutely no regrets about our decision.

Facility is fairly new. Memory care is in a secured facility at the rear portion of building. Staff is very involved with memory care patients. Bedrooms are average size but staff tries to keep residents in the common areas so they can socialize. It is a very nice facility.

The staff are very caring from administration to nursing to maintenance to housekeeping. There are plenty of activities available. The food is good, not always great, but there are alternative items always available upon request. The smell in the facility is one of the first things that I noticed. It is a nice homey smell, not institutional at all. Mom's 2 bedroom apartment was 660 sq ft and very comfortable. I would recommend this community to others without hesitation.

They get the highest scores from me. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind and professional. They will go out of their way to meet all your needs. They have made changes in my apartment to accommodate my physical limitations like lowering the closet shelf and rod so I can reach my clothes. I cannnot lift my arms above my shoulders. There are plenty of activities listed on¨ the daily schedule left on the shelf outside your room. The menu is diverse and the food is good. ( Especially desserts!) I feel like I live in a happy friendly neighborhood. I feel at home.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. They gave my mother a walker to use. The food is excellent! The building is also very nice. It is old, so they are frequently needing to repair or renovate, but they do keep it in good condition.

The is excellent, caring and eager to help. My apartment is spacious and bright. The facility is well maintained.

So far it has a good experience. At first we had a little problem with getting the right prescriptions, but we have solved that issue.

What a friendly place to visit. Everything is perfect and we hope to be able to move in soon. Staff as well as residents are happy to see and meet you with big smiles and it makes you feel loved.
