Our family member lives at Rosetta, when we visit her we are impressed by how friendly and caring the staff is now, the new Administrator is very hands on and understanding, and the house manager has been there for a few years and is so helpful. We have been impressed by their new updates and cleanliness. The housekeepers keep things looking and smells great, the activities girl plays games, does arts and crafts and when the weather is nice does walks and outdoor outings. Things keep getting better at Rosetta and we are so thankful we have such a great place for our loved one.

My father in law got great care here, they really know how to keep somebody from falling which was huge for us. They put him in a room that was right next to the nurses station because they knew that he was a high fall risk, so they were right there if anything happened. They assessed his level of care and knew exactly what to do. I would recommend them. They seem more expensive but they have a lot of extras that are included in the monthly price.

Creekstone Assisted Care has highly trained caregivers and is managed professionally and with a caring Executive Director. Creekstone assists with medication management, daily living activities, engaging activities and coordination with outside care providers. The home like environment without an institutional feel is just what the Tri city area needs. They really care and know the residents and it has a family like feel.

They way over charge and the care is mediocre. There is supposed to be communication and there is none with the family, depending on the staff member. The food is not good for the residents and my loved one has lost weight since being there. There are some activities for the residents, but not very often that I've seen.

I like this community for care. The staff is nice and caring. They seemed a little understaffed a lot of the time. We think that they need to be more interaction with the residents. The meals are appealing. I am not sure if the community does offer activists for the residents to keep active. We would recommend this if families take a tour to see what is available for the care of a loved one.
