The remodeling look very nice. It’s very easy to sign in and out now. The eating area has nice, natural light.

I recently visited a friend and I found this community to be so bright and the residents that I encountered seemed happy! The meal that my friend had for lunch looked delicious ! I would recommend this community.

I just visited my mom at The Addison in Gulf Breeze, FL. [name removed] at the front desk was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about procedures and how to contact others than I needed to speak to. He’s always on top of things. The staff is very helpful, patient, and caring.

Out of all the assisted living places in this area Waterstone at Grayson is by far the cleanest/and the staff are amazing, the food is great and they have lots a various activities for the residents to do. It’s like a big family community and everyone is so friendly!

I recently visited a great aunt and the community was so cheerful and lively. I had lunch with her and the food tasted great. All the staff seem to know everyone by name and they seem to really care about the residents.

We were disappointed that there were no vacancies because we really were impressed with the care and compassion shown to us during and even after our touring process. [name removed] was amazing and so sweet to check on our Dad during his hospital stay before we could transfer him to another memory care facility.

I was just bringing some of the living essentials for my mother-in-law for her move in the near future. The room is very roomy and a very friendly staff and environment. There is good Wi-Fi, so I can have cameras in her room, and it is in close proximity to the common areas. There were a lot of move-in specials, and I think she will be happy here. The building is a little older and they are doing remodeling/painting hence my three stars on cleanliness. I can only rate on what I saw. The toilet also has a serious brown ring around it. I hope we can get rid of it.

Facility was beautiful and very clean. Studio apartment had a smart & functional layout, much nicer than others we've seen around town. Staff was all friendly and willing to answer our questions. Overall, it would've been a great pick for my dad had it not been located too far from my home for my comfort.

I like it here, much better than I thought when I had to move! The food is quite good, everyone is so friendly here, it's not too big or too small! Everything I could need is nearby- a walking path and pond, all the shopping I could need! The Lodge gives me the ability to continue my faith with the chapel, I already have a wonderful friendship with the priest that does our services. All my neighbors are just so friendly and have made me feel so welcome here!

I like The lodge, it’s been so great to move here. I love it so far, everyone has been so nice, the food is delicious, there is absolutely nothing the complain about. I’ve made so many friends in the short time I’ve been here, from my first day here I’ve felt welcomed.

My husband had the best care there, and believe me he was not always the easiest person to get a long with. His room was cleaned every day. He was kept clean . Sometines they had to change his shirt 2 or 3 times in a day. The staff was always kind and caring to him. One staff member would sit with him, if he got upset at night when I left. She would just talk to him and would calm him down. I would recommend this facility to anyone one.

The tour was very nice. Loved all the amenities offered. Staff extremely nice. Facility clean. Residents seemed happy.

My 98 year old aunt is a resident at North Pointe and she is partially blind, and her knees are very sore. The staff does a very good job of ensuring that all of her needs are taken care of and that she is comfortable. They are very loving in a way that I have not seen in other facilities that I have visited. The leader, [name removed] , leads by example and is available by phone 24/7.

I moved my 98 year old Aunt to North Pointe in January 2026 from the VA on a cold Sunday afternoon. We were met with big smiles and hugs from the nurse manager on 2nd shift. Auntie has a few challenges for getting around, however with the guidance from all the staff at NP she is flourishing. I’m very pleased that Auntie is independent as she can be. The staff creates a homey atmosphere for all the residents. When I greet the residents they all respond with a positive attitude and smiles. That’s a plus in my book.

Sales director, [name removed] gave us a great, informative guided tour. She followed up with giving us details about living options and rates for our memory care family member.

North Pointe is by far the best facilities in Anderson County. The grounds inside and out are well maintained to the highest level. The staff and caregivers are always professionals. My Mom is in the memory care unit and she is treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Thank you North Pointe for taking great care of my Mom..

The facility was great. Staff were very friendly and residents were happy. The meal smelled wonderful and I was impressed with the tour I received.

Kind friendly staff, who promptly check on my mother’s . Very well kept grounds and plenty of space for residents to enjoy the outdoors. The apartments are spacious and allow for residents to live as independently as they wish. Beautifully renovated apartments. Salesman responds promptly to questions and found an apartment quickly for my mother. Mom eased into her new home very quickly and is enjoying her new home. Beautiful facility!!

I call The Ashton on the Plaza, the House of Love, because the staff provides such loving care to the residents. It’s truly a team approach, with everyone pitching in to help. Nobody says it’s not my job - they help with whatever the need, or find the staff that can do it. The meals are exceptional. They go out of their way to meet any and all dietary requests. I also can’t say enough about all the available activities. I have never seen a facility offer so much fun and variety. It’s unbelievable. The services are excellent and so is housekeeping. My father-in-law has lived at Ashton over 3 years. He loves it - me too. It gives me such peace of mind, knowing he receives such loving care!

My mother has been there for 6 months. She is adjusting well and has made many new friends. The people that work there make her feel welcome and that she is a vibrant addition to the facility. She has taken advantage of the trips and the activities in the facility. It has been a good fit for her.
