She's very happy you're pulling her out of her shell she she's getting sending more time with other people and she's eating more balanced. I would recommend you to others. Is there a way to a list of activities so I can push her a little?

We looked at several and The Harrison stood out because of cleanliness, friendliness of staff and location. The clincher was when I visited with a friend and she recognized a resident already living here and the Resident spoke very highly of the facility.

My aunt is very happy at the Waterford Plano! It is clean and the food is wonderful- the residents are very happy and will tell you as much! I have visited many times and had a good experience every time

The staff is excellent and the facility is very well maintained. The in-house therapy team and CNP have been beneficial to our mom thus far. I would recommend independent living at Summit Point to families that would like a positive addition to their parent's care team.

Very nice surroundings I was in awe of the decore [name removed] did a great job showing us around and sharing information They seem to have a very good list of activities there In the end we choose another place We chose a different home due to the ability to attend mass weekly I do plan to to tell people about it that are not Catholics

We have a lot of activities. Movie nights . Three meals per day and snacks are available. Employees and Residents are friendly. Resident Coucil meeting every month and all Residents are invited to participate. Outings to restaurants and stores.

I recently visited my mom in Willow Grove of Sherwood, where she resides. My mom’s CNA stopped by to check in with her and asked if she was going down for dinner. The CNA was very kind and offered to bring Mom a dessert when she said that she was too full from lunch to need dinner. Willow Grove of Sherwood offers three full meals per day for the residents. Mom’s favorite meal is always breakfast. Every time I visit Willow Grove of Sherwood the residents seem happy and the staff is always very kind. Any time I have a question or concern, they are supportive and caring individuals who work hard to make sure my mom’s needs and health care is being taken seriously. They call me immediately when they encounter any concerns or questions about her health. My mom has lived at Willow Grove of Sherwood for 3 1/2 years and has made many new friends. She is very happy there. It is a great place for her to live!

We enjoy coming to visit my grandmother here. She is always talking about how good the food is and how much fun she has playing a bowling game on the TV with her friends. We are so thankful to the staff for taking such great care of her. She is doing so much better here than she was at home by herself.

I think tithe Oaks is a bargain for all they offer. Its clean Food is relatively good. The staff is a very nice group of people who watch over their family of residents.

This community is more like home then my previous. I feel safe and can sleep all night here. I am free to be myself here. All the staff and residents are very friendly. They have purposeful activities. If any issues ever come up, staff will fix them ASAP. Management truly does care about staff and residents. They listen to residents and actually take there thoughts in to consideration.

I have made numerous friends here. I can walk down the hall here and say hi to several people! The Life Enrichment Director enlightens us with fun purposeful activities. The housekeeper listens and does a thorough detailed job. The new management has really worked hard to bring everybody from both assisted and independent living together as one cohesive group. The maintenence department is great at fixing any thing that comes up in a timely manner. I would not want to live any where except the Wellington!

From the moment we walked into the Ashton for a tour, we felt welcome. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also took the time to get to know my dad and talked with him about his likes, dislikes, needs and abilities. Shortly after he moved in, the chef sat down with him to talk about what he liked to eat. Rooms were spacious. And because it was a converted office building, its was unique with different sizes and configurations. Great location too. While my dad did not take part in the outings (just didn't have it in him), the activities director always asked and invited him along. They had outings and also had activities onsite. Movies, concerts, games, happy hour, etc. Food was really good. Nice variety. And if you didn't care for something, you could always get something else. Kitchen staff knew the residents and what they liked. Many times they would greet my dad when he came to eat and have a coke or orange juice ready for him. Little touches like that make a huge difference. Staff was responsive and treated the residents really well. Can't say enough good things about the administration, nursing staff and the front desk concierge. Facility was clean and the individual units were cleaned regularly. Very nice place. PT/OT were great too. Therapists were encouraging and would work with my dad to help him get stronger.

For assisted living I fully recommend consideration of Brookridge Heights. I’d prefer a life at home, but there is a time when we need nurturing that’s not available for us in our old setting. Since leaving home four years ago Brookridge Heights has provided me with needs I’m no longer able to furnish for myself, and that includes transportation for medical and dental appointments. I also love having my cat here with me. I’ve been asked if I have a favorite amongst the staff at Brookridge Heights. My answer is, “I can’t! From Servers in the dining room, to Aids who quickly respond to my calls, and Med-Tech who are keeping me up to date on my daily prescriptions, they simply are all a wonderful crew. They greet me with genuine smiles. Simply put, all of them are my favorites.”

The staff was wonderful and gave my mom such good care. The food was very good when she was eating. Overall, the community was clean, although there were a couple of times I had to ask them to clean her bathroom or do her laundry.

Mom is very happy here. Her complaint about the food is that the vegetables tend to be overcooked, a pretty minor issue in her and my, assessment. This is really a great fit.

I’m truly highly impressed with the connection that the management and the rest of the staff have with the residents. My mother-in-law is a new resident, and they have been Welcoming not only to [name removed], but to her family. I’m highly impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. They are always willing to help you with dropping stuff off. I can’t talk enough about it. I’d like to thank you all for doing the job that you do - I don’t think it could be done without them.

We recently visited Brookridge for my mother and really were impressed. Tiny welcoming touches made a big impact! The sales director was really great sharing the community culture and the many amenities offered at Brookridge. The warmth and levels of community engagement made all the difference for Mom, and the reputation and her happiness makes all the difference for me. As Mom begins her fourth month of living here, we look forward to meeting even more of the incredible staff and other residents.

My mom decided she wanted to move into Brookridge. We contacted the admissions director and she was very helpful getting everything taken care of. The staff has been very kind and helpful and the one-bedroom apartment for my mom is very nice. The room is nice and clean and the activites are many. Thank you Brookridge and staff for all your help.

My mom is close to her 2-year anniversary of moving to Brookridge. She continues to have a great experience living there! In the past 2 years she hasn’t been in the hospital nearly as often as previous years. It is comforting to know she is getting her medications every day. The staff takes wonderful care of the residents! The staff is truly exceptional! We recently had a few days that we were particularly worried about my Mom’s health and the staff was very caring and supportive. It means so much to us to have such wonderful people supporting our family!
