He brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling consumer products across complex marketplaces, with deep expertise in personalization, customer experience, and trust. Prior to joining A Place for Mom, Nidhin spent nearly 17 years at Amazon leading scaled consumer experiences, logistics, and operations. He later joined Grubhub, where he helped build the company’s New Verticals business and led major product initiatives in partnership with Amazon and Instacart.
